Clean and pristine

The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and courteous, engaging pleasantly in the sort of light conversation one appreciates in a British setting. The room itself was of a suitable size for a single traveller, and I particularly appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge. The tea and coffee station was a thoughtful addition, with a reasonable selection including both decaffeinated and regular options, though it would have benefitted from a more thorough dusting. There were a few minor areas that could be improved. The window appeared somewhat dirty, and a slightly larger bin would have been more practical. The hallways were rather narrow, which was manageable with a backpack but might prove inconvenient for guests travelling with larger suitcases. The shower was excellent and very enjoyable to use, although it may benefit from a touch more attention to limescale removal. One point of note relates to the deposit. At the time of booking, the stated pre authorisation amount differed from the £100 that was ultimately required, which could be clarified for future guests. Overall, the property was in good condition and provided a pleasant stay, with only minor refinements needed to enhance the experience further.

My boyfriend and I stayed overnight on the 8th of April. Hotel is in great location near Earl’s Court station. Reception staff were friendly. Room came with tea, coffee, biscuits. Room was clean on arrival. Great water pressure from shower - complimentary shampoo, shower gel etc. We paid £65 for the night, an incredibly reasonable price for London! Why bother with the Hilton if you just want somewhere clean and comfortable to rest your head? Very happy.

This place was just the perfect spot for my visit London! As a solo traveler i felt safe and cozy in this beautiful hotel. Thank you for everything.❤️ Also , this is a great location to walk anywhere or take the public transportation

まだ新しくとても清潔 部屋の清掃も良い 観光するのにアールズコート駅はとても便利 貴重品類の忘れ物もスタッフがちゃんと保管してくれていて助かりました。 朝食は特別なものは無いが普通に美味しい。外の物価が高いのでとてもお得感がある。 24h受付に人がいるので安心 スタッフは親切 駅周辺は観光するところはないが、静かで必要なお店はありちょうど良いと思う。パブとかカフェ、パン屋、小さなスーパーもある

Only small downside was that you could hear the underground trains as station is nearby,everything else about the hotel was perfect

A 3 night stay. The area Earl's Court was quiet and family friendly. Boutique style hotel. Front desk was very accommodating and responsive.

Very modern room in a very convenient location close to the tube and handy cafes and shops just a minute’s walk away. Efficient check in with friendly staff

It was a great choice! I loved that it was 2 minutes walk to Earl’s Court underground station, and 1 minute walk from Starbucks! Also M&S grocery store is literally in front of the hotel and many more restaurants and fast food. Staff were very nice and helpful! The room was very small which is expected all through European Hotels comparing to other countries! But it had everything you need. The mattress was very comfortable, the pillows, and the rest of the stuff. It also had a mini fridge. My only issue was the hair dryer. I forgot that the plugs are not compatible with US appliances so I could not use my own hairdryer or curler! And the hotel hairdryer kept overheating mid drying and I had to wait 2 minutes after one minute use to cool down! So for drying my hair I had to spend too much time!

Frukosten var urusel, lite att välja på och dålig kvalitet. Inte vad man förväntar sig på ett 4-stjänigt hotell.
