Hotel was just as described - City View - Just didn't realize how old the city really was... It was great to be in the middle of Bordeaux - Rooms were clean and fresh, morning breakfast was much appreciated. Lots of stairs - Elevator not most efficient for transferring luggage to room.

Hotel muy básico. Le hace falta un gran remodelación. El ascensor no llega a las habitaciones. Hay que subir y bajar tramo de escaleras. Las puertas se mueven. Lo mejor que está muy céntrico para no tener que usar transporte público. Desayuno correcto. Hay variedad. Personal se recepción muy amanle

The hotel is very well placed in old district of Bordeaux, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would have found it helpful if the posting for the hotel noted that guests needed to carry their bags up & down some stairs since elevator stops are not on the same level as the rooms and lobby. It wasn’t a problem for us since our bags were not too large and the staff were eager to help. We liked the hotel.

Great value stay in a central location. Staff very friendly. All you can eat buffet for 9€ for breakfast. I’d stay again.

Location is good but general condition is below expectations

Very friendly staff and many spoke some English. The breakfast was incredible for the price and rooms were decent, with comfortable beds. Was easy to get the tram and near many great restaurants. Would definitely stay again but probably not in a room with a "city view". Outside noise was loud but we were there iver a weekend.

Room security could be better. You have to leave the room key at reception when you go out - it’s staffed 24/7. But when we came back from dinner there was a new receptionist on duty who didn’t check our names when we asked for our room key. Not ideal.

Giving 5 stars bc the staff were impeccably kind. Giving 5 stars bc for the price this could have been terrible but the rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable. Only a note to those booking about accessibility, elevator doesn't mean accessible. Old building with curvy stairs and the elevator goes to the landings between floors, still have to use many steps to access your room. Staff did all they could to help with warmth and kindness. Merci beaucoup. *And you can buy tram tickets from the concierge.

Hôtel très bien placé, en plein centre et près de tout. Personnel très gentil et prévenant. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Chambre sur la rue un peu bruyante, mais ça n'est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais de noctambules avinés...

The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just a little too noisy if you choose a room on the street side.
