Personnel efficace et accueillant, petit-déjeuner très bien. Une suggestion pour la chambre 27 : il y a deux meubles de chevet de chaque côté du lit, en remplacer un par un fauteuil serait une modification utile, pour ma part je ne peux pas lire ou regarder la télé dans le lit, chaise un peu dure + arriver à caser une petite table pour installer l'ordinateur portable serait sans doute apprécié, la console "Louis XV" est un peu haute :-) A votre appréciation, cordialement

Perfect location and great decor. The rooms were very noisy though (internal noise from rooms above/next door - could hear every step, shower, chain flush), and disappointing that car couldnt remain in car park after checkout despite hacing paid for 2 full days (we requestwd 2 hrs and car park was entirely empty throughout)

Nice boutique hotel in a good location. Older hotel so rooms are quite small; and for some reason the toilet is very low which makes it very uncomfortable. Fresh complimentary croissants in the lobby for guests, which was a nice touch.

This is a lively hotel in Biarritz. It’s just above the old port area, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast in the charming breakfast room was a cut above the other French hotels that we stayed in. My only concern would be that for those with mobility issues there’s a bit of walk uphill to get to it, but that’s true of most of the hotels in Biarritz.

O hotel é pequeno é super charmoso . Muito bem localizado , você conhece a cidade a pé . A equipe muito simpática e cordial. Um agradecimento especial a Angelique que nos atendeu muito bem. É um hotel pra se sentir em casa. Café da manhã gostoso . Custo benefício do hotel é excelente .

The hotel is very stylish and beautiful garden and common areas. The staff were very helpful and polite. However, room was noisy, and the shower got all the floor wet in the bathroom. Breakfast was limited, with one of the worse scrambled eggs I've had, and very few healthy options (i.e. only sugary cereal, full falt milk and yogourt)

I trusted your rating, but is very misleading. The lemon water at the entrance was spoiled and I got sick

Beautiful hotel in a great location to walk into Biarritz shopping centre, also very close to the food hall. Breakfast was expensive, but all locally sourced products, which were delicious.

This is a very nice small hotel. The staff was super-friendly, the location is just a short walk from the town center and slightly longer to the beach, our room was spacious, clean, and had great A/C, and the neighborhood was mellow and quiet.

Unfortunately the hotel management was quite inflexible in assisting with an unintended and erroneous duplicate reservation that was made in the same name/time. They charged for both reservations and made no effort to accommodate me as customer, in fact, a repeat customer. Highly disappointed.
