Clean room and great staff

This was my favourite hotel in Spain. I ended up coming back here before my flight back home from Barcelona. The breakfast is spectacular, with tons of choices. Deli meats, cheeses, hummus and veggies, multiple types of yogurts, fruit, cereal, oat /grain bowls, coffee machines, tea, fresh squeezed orange juice machine, multiple types of sausages and meat, and breads, scrambled eggs, omelettes. Very, very impressive. They are also checking and refilling very often so no matter what time at breakfast you come, it’ll always be fresh. The service is excellent. I find some hotels to be way too busy, but this one was perfect. I didn’t have to fight for a spot at the breakfast buffet, nor the rooftop pool. Everything was calm and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Tons of room for luggage and huge closet space and desk. I had some of the best sleep of my trip at this hotel. I will definitely return. Also, I loved that they had a water station by the front entrance. Perfect for hot days in Barcelona.

Great location for Sagrada Familia and LaPedrera, the Metro and local restaurants. Good breakfast, nice standard rooms, pool on the roof top was lovely if small (but as expected), very helpful staff.

Estadia excelente! Quarto ótimo, grande e bem arrumado. Café da manhã excelente com várias opções e tudo muito fresco. Localização ótima tbm.

Très bel endroit, bien situé dans une rue pas trop touristique mais près de tout. Facile de marcher pour se rendre à la Sagrada Familia ou encore à la Casa Mila. Possibilité de prendre le métro à moins de 10 minutes de marche. Nous avions une suite avec terasse qui était vraiment très propre et très grande. La salle de bain était très moderne. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à cet hôtel et y retournions sans aucun doute.

Breakfast should be included. The pool should be open later than 20:00. Other than that a very nice hotel.

Recomendaría tener opción de almohadas ya que las que tienen son muy altas y duras para el cuello. El desayuno muy bueno y muy limpio todo

This five-star hotel is not 5 stars for nothing! It is truly outstanding in every way! We are really very happy here!

Amazing jobs

Poor cleanliness - multiple hair on bedsheet and pillow cases. Despite the staff offered alternative rooms, the second and third rooms got the same issues. Since no other alternatives, we brought sticky tape to remove the hair by ourselves. Staff - while some listened and apologised for their mistakes, some are very judgemental with an attitude. The management handles our complaints poorly— 1) x3 clothing items left on bed in the morning, and were missing when we returned in the evening. Reply from management: house keeping team and laundry company are unable to find the items, and they are unable to identify the cause. Conclusion: missing item “can happen”; and refused to any financial compensation. 2) hair on bed in all 3 rooms offered. Despite front desk staff witnessed the issues in all 3 rooms, management’s reply: “that’s strange” Facilities - poor drainage in shower, and faulty water tap. When the tap is turned on, both shower head and bath tub taps are on, I.e. excessive water coming out. During shower, water built up to above ankles within 2mins of shower. Issues reported; no feedback provided for 2 days. After follow up, we were informed that the maintenance team is waiting for parts to fix the tap. It is disappointing that no updates provided, nor an alternative room being offered. X2 power outage in one night. Malfunctioning hair dryer. Location - excellent location; close to metro and buses stops. But, is it enough to be considered as a good choice???

De kamer zag er netjes uit, personeelsleden waren behulpzaam, receptie sprak goed Engels. Er lag een fles water en die was gratis. Bij de eerste nacht was er een lekkage in de badkamer, met handdoek hebben we het geluid gedempt. De volgende dag de receptie verteld. We hebben voor deze hotel gekozen, omdat er een buitenbad was, helaas was die niet in gebruik, wegens renovatie. Expedia heeft dit niet vermeld, volgens de receptie is dat vermeld op hun website?? Helaas jammer. Het uitzicht van de hotelkamer naar buiten waren stalen van verbouwing, jammer. We mochten de ramen niet openen.

Habitación limpia y cómoda, personal amable, buena relación precio calidad

Room was clean comfortable, staff is outstanding. Hotel is undergoing updating with new elavators and pool. Bathroom had a walkin shower which was great.
