I liked that the hotel was next to the Alhambra. The bus stop was close to the hotel so it was easy to get to the city center. The hotel was clean and staff was helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for location as a priority.

Está enfrente del Alcazhar, por lo cual puedes entrar cuantas veces quieras con el mismo boleto. Bajas el cerro en 10 minutos al centro y de ahí sobran las opciones para comer, tiendas,etc. Si te da pereza subir ; tomas el taxi por 8€ .. no me gustó que soliciten tarjeta como depósito; se me hizo muy retro

The staff was rude, no information on anything we ask, they put Us on a room with no even a number next to the reception , look like a staff room, the cover of the bed was super dirty, we ask for a clean one, the lady come check with out saying anything, come back to the room and drop the comforter on the top of the bed and left, the entrance of the hotel was at the alley, next to a bar, men’s peeps next to the entrance, horrible experience at that hotel, breakfast was mediocre and the room also smells really bad and dirty. Don’t go to this place!

This hotel is located right accross the Alhambra, which is very convenient, also has the bus stop that will bring you to the centro and to Albaicin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. Our room can benefit to a few upgrades like plug ins at the bedside table. We used an extension cord coming from the main outlet where the TV, kettle and fridge are plugged in. A couple of time the breaker pop when we used the kettle. But overall, the hotel is good. If you are in for convenience on location and close to Alhambra, this is a great hotel.

Accueil excellent, les personnes qui nous ont reçu étaient très serviables et nous ont donné tout les renseignements dont nous avions besoin. De plus, ils nous ont répondu en français, car malheureusement nous ne parlons pas l’espagnol Le petit déjeuner était simple mais fonctionnel Rien à dire de négatif Nous reviendrons et nous recommanderons cet hôtel

Very nice hotel, the staff were so nice and very helpful. Excellent proximity to Alhambra, restaurants and busses to the center.

Fantastic location for the Alhambra, just 3 minutes walk. However, a 15-20 minute walk to the town down a steep hill. We moved to a room with a balcony and view of countryside and glimpses of the Alhambra having originally been assigned a small room with a view of a wall which we didn't find acceptable for the price.

Location was good. I enjoyed one night stay with family .

Basic hotel in the heart of tourist land. I stayed there because of available parking across the street. Not cheap, but convenient parking. Breakfast was OK. Staff was helpfull. A store next door was easy to get bottled water. Nearby 4 star hotel has a decent buffet. There is also a small sandwich shop next door. Walkable to the center of town, though get a cab on the way back. No a/c till it gets to be summer. The staff were kind enough to provide me with a fan, open the windows and I was a happy camper.

Best part of Granada! If going to the Alhambra, for sure stay here. It’s walking distance! The hotel is quaint and charming, full of personality but it’s clean and neat. Get the room with a balcony and eat your dinner and breakfast there! The staff is wonderful and friendly. Honestly, this was my favorite part of being in Granada.

Frukost ok. Parkering till Alhambra gemensamt med hotellet, var några tvärs över gatan. Mycket bra.

Lo mejor del Hotel Crisol Guadalupe fue, sin duda, la atención en recepción: durante el check-in, nos orientó con gran amabilidad y sus consejos fueron clave para disfrutar mejor de la Alhambra y de una magnífica ruta gastronómica. La ubicación de este hotel, a los pies de la Alhambra, es excepcional. Granada, en mi segunda visita, volvió a ser inolvidable. Dicho esto, el hotel muestra el desgaste del tiempo: conserva el encanto de un pasado esplendoroso, pero hoy necesita una renovación clara. La limpieza fue correcta, aunque las instalaciones piden atención urgente. Su personal es muy amable y profesional y seguramente renovarán lo necesario para enfrentarse a los tiempos actuales. Het beste aan Hotel Crisol Guadalupe was zonder twijfel de ontvangst: de receptionist, hielp ons met grote vriendelijkheid en zijn tips waren bepalend voor ons bezoek aan het Alhambra en een uitstekende gastronomische route. De ligging, aan de voet van het Alhambra, is uitzonderlijk. Granada maakte ook bij mijn tweede bezoek opnieuw diepe indruk. Dat gezegd zijnde, toont het hotel duidelijk slijtage: de charme van een vroeger glorieus verleden is er nog, maar vandaag is een grondige renovatie nodig. De netheid was correct, al vragen de faciliteiten om dringende aandacht.

Awesome location to visit the Alhambra or the Old Town. The hotel has a vintage feel.

A 50 mètres de l'Alhambra et du parking. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Chambre propre mais petite. J'étais au 2ème étage et avais une vue sur... un mur. Il n'y avait pas de restaurant ouvert le soir à côté de l'hôtel. Sinon les bus pour le centres et l'Albaicin sont fréquents jusqu'à 23h et l'hôtel est en face des parking de l'Alhambra.
