A 50 mètres de l'Alhambra et du parking. Petit déjeuner très bon.

Chambre propre mais petite. J'étais au 2ème étage et avais une vue sur... un mur. Il n'y avait pas de restaurant ouvert le soir à côté de l'hôtel. Sinon les bus pour le centres et l'Albaicin sont fréquents jusqu'à 23h et l'hôtel est en face des parking de l'Alhambra.

Lo unico no me gusto es que mi habitación era muy pequeña pero el resto bien para pasar una noche.

The heater was not working stay 2 nights no heat Rooms was not ready at night to change I been told breakfast included at checkout ask me to pay for it Breakfast was very very limited selection not worth 13 Euro I prefer to be informed breakfast is not included instead been told breakfast is included in floor 1 at 7.30

Großes Zimmer mit einer schönen Terrasse, super Lage zur Alhambra. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Danke!

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, schone kamer (wij hadden er eentje met een heerlijk terras), ideale locatie. Aan de rand van een groot park, op steenworp afstand van het Alhambra, op 20 minuten wandelen van het centrum van de stad (een dalende weg). Vanaf het centrum rijden busjes die je eventueel weer omhoog naar de ingang van het Alhambra kunnen brengen.

We were very much looking forward to our visit, as we loved it 4 years ago. Sadly, the hotel has become very run down, in great need of repair. We were charged for 2 days of parking through the hotel, even though the parking attendants told us Christmas was free. We realized we should have just paid the parking through the attendant. We paid for 2 breakfasts in advance as recommended at check in. Another big mistake. The breakfasts were not with it. They were the west we’ve had in our 2 months traveling Europe. Cold cuts, old cold cheese, grapes that weren’t fresh. The gentleman who ran it was very lovely, however. We had plans to go to Christmas Mass Christmas morning. We asked the desk if breakfast was at the normal Thursday time of 7:30 or changed. She confirmed it was at 7:30. At 3:30 AM there was extremely loud banging and stomping on the floor above us that went in for a very long time. We had to call the desk to report it as we could not sleep. We were told the following day that the guests above us were having a fight. At 3:30 AM. We arrived at breakfast & there were others standing at the door. It was NOT 7:30. This made us nearly late for Mass. The bed was not secure & when I sat on it, it slid causing me to twist my ankle. I’m not a large person, only 54 KG. When we returned that evening, my husband parked briefly in the front of the hotel so I would not have to walk all the steps. The receptionist came running out yelling at my husband, who is disabled, that he
