Accessible by walk from train station, even have big luggage, good location with canal & lake views rooms, breakfast is ok with good service, there are so many good restaurants around there and morning market you wont miss.

Chambre côté Rue piétonne tranquille. L'investissement dans des fenêtres isolantes aurait un impact positif important, y compris au niveau des économies d'énergie. Excellent petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet libre. Personnel sympathique. Hôtel idéalement situé.

Best location in Annecy that’s located in the heart of the old city and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend hotel if staying overnight or longer in the quaint and fairytale like city in France (Little Venice). The boutique room as expected is small but, has amenities that rivals the bigger hotel we stayed in Geneva. Highly recommend to all. Thank you.

Enjoyed the quaint hotel and its location in the old town area. It's rather difficult to park far away and drag your suitcases to the hotel. No cars are allowed near the hotel. The room was fine, and the lady at the check-in was helpful.
