Really clean. helpful staff. Food was ok. Nice place to stay and central to the city.

Personalen kunde ha varit mer tillmötesgående speciellt när hotellet har många lediga rum! De bägärde 50 euro för 2 nätters uppgradering till högre våning med samma dubbelrum!

Location is great! but the customer service is bad ! especially the front desk.. just boring and not pleasing at all. This needs to be improved. People in front desk should be friendly and should smile

Estuvimos alojados en este hotel durante las Navidades y la experiencia fue muy buena. El personal fue siempre muy agradable y atento, y las instalaciones estaban muy bien cuidadas. Destacamos especialmente la habitación familiar, situada en la primera planta, algo muy cómodo cuando se viaja con niños y carros, ya que evitamos tener que usar el ascensor, que suele estar siempre lleno y resulta imprescindible en estos casos. El buffet estaba bien, aunque la variedad de opciones para niños era algo limitada, aunque en nuestro caso solo éramos dos en todo el hotel, algo comprensible . El parque infantil es mejorable, no por la instalación en sí, que está bien, sino porque la sala estaba bastante fría y eso limitó su uso. Además, la ubicación es excelente: está en pleno centro y muy bien comunicado, lo que facilita mucho moverse y acceder a todos los puntos de interés.

Pre christmas break with grandaughter. Booked here as it had an indoor heated pool . Food options good. Evening entertainment good. Great location for winter wonderland, ice skating .

Relación calidad- precio estupenda.

Palohälytys soi kaksi kertaa matkan aikana illalla. Joku oli ilmeisesti polttanut huoneessaan. Ruoka oli pääosin pahaa ja huone oli tosi vanhanaikainen. Sisäpihalle, missä allas sijaitsee ei paista aurinko.

Room was very clean only fault was breakfast not as good as it used to be quality not as good on hot food and food is cold lots of cake and could do with bigger tea cups and better quality tea bags x

The staff in the dining area were all very friendly and hard working but sadly it goes downhill from here. The room was okay but a little tired in places (Aircon unit dripped onto bed, TV very old). The pool now has a cover on so to swim you need a swimming cap. The photos completely misrepresent the current situation and while I appreciate (or at least I've been told) it's law, we specifically wanted a hotel with a pool, not some shaded, covered setup with restrictions. Location wise it offers convenient access to both sides of Levante and Poniente and in about 2 mins you're in the heart of the Old Town.

Man kan inte sitta ute och äta vid måltider utan man måste sitta inne, vanlig vatten kostar alltid när man har halvpension. Man får inte simma i poolen utan mössa. Dukar till solstolar kostar 15€ per st. Det kostar extra om man vill basta.

Air conditioning not effective but I think this is a Spain thing when it’s not high season. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable. We were on the ground floor so no real view

Fantastisk udsigt fra 12. etage. Ok terrasse. Dejlig morgenmad. Ekstremt støjende madsal.

I appreciate a clean, bright & spacious room with AC with the balcony and view to make my stay enjoyable. This hotel had them all.

Great property although the pool does not get sun all day and pool is cold

Hyvä sijainti, lähellä rantaa. Siisti hotelli. Kolme toimivaa hissiä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sänky oli melko kova mutta saimme pyynnöstä petauspatjan. Huoneessa ilmastointi toimiva, tosin melko äänekäs. Riittävästi kaappitilaa mutta naulakoita toivoisi enemmän. Erillinen maksu (2€/vrk) tallelokerosta ihmetyttää. Huoneessa oli kapselikeitin muttemme sitä käyttäneet. Parvekkeelta (12.krs) hyvä näkymä meren suuntaan, myös muualle kaupunkiin. Meillä oli puolihoito, aamiainen ja illallinen, molemmat monipuolisia, maukkaita ja riittävän vaihtelevia. Toivoisimme, että vesi sisältyisi aina automaattisesti hintaan, muiden juomien maksullisuuden ymmärtää. Allasalue melko pieni mutta aurinkotuoleja oli hyvin saatavilla. Suosittelemme🙂
