Sehr netter Herr an der Rezeption. Gutes Frühstück.

Hotellin huoneessa nro 205 on melko selvä sisäilmaongelma - haisee kellarille. Ryhmämme muut 5 huonetta olivat kunnossa. Hotelli oli täynnä, mutta meille järjestyi korvaava huone ketjun toisesta lähellä sijainneesta hotellista.

Excellent location, easy acccess to transportation. Excellent breakfast.

Utmärkt hotell, rymligt familjerum och bra frukost. Saknade vattenkokare på rummet, kaffe kunde köpas i receptionen. En gratis kopp eller dryck /person ingick.

Staff was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Very nice Breakfast Buffet. Rooms are fairly small but quiet and well appointed.

Ubicación excelente, permite visitar el centro a pie.

The hotel is a little dated and you get a big chunky key. Once you get over the aged hotel... everything is good! The linens were clean and crisp and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. The front desk team was extremely helpful. Everyday there is a new cake for you to take a piece. The location is outside of where the major site seeing is, but the subway station is very close and you can get everywhere.

Ótima localização. Ótima limpeza. Ótimo café da manhã. Ao lado da estação de metrô e de trens. Recomendo!

Malum her ülke insanının farklı alışkanlıkları vardır ,bence birçok millete hizmet edebilecek durumda bir otel ,kahvaltısı fena sayılmaz ,biz Türklerin kahvaltıda siyah çay alışkanlığı vardır ,çay yok ama English Br. Tea ile poşet çay da ihtiyacınızı görür. Odada kettle yoktu isteyince getirdiler ama kahve sütünün tarihi geçmişti. Bir de odada otel terliği yok ama resepsiyondan isteyebilirsiniz. Bu ufak tefek eksikler haricinde gayet güzel ve şehrin birçok önemli noktası ile metro-tramvay hatlarına yakın.

Staff super helpful (I had a noisy neighbour which was dealt with immediately). Asked for ice and received it. Rooms use keys not cards which is a bit old fashioned but works - only downside is the heavy doors banging shut. Walls pretty thin so guest noise unavoidable but no outside street noise at all. Room was great - decent size and everything worked well including the wifi. Tv location was odd - sort of in a corner so you could not sit and watch directly - only at an angle. May be different in other rooms. Not loads of storage space in the room - I big wardrobe but it was enough. A digital safe was also included in the wardrobe. Location was superb - a couple of minutes to the subway, 10 or so walking to Stephenplatz. Supermarket literally next door and excellent asian restaurant the other side. Bike station a short walk away which I found to be very cheap and convenient. Lots of cycle lanes. Vegan burger joint just across the canal - wide range of burgers/fries ALL vegan which was a (welcome) surprise for me anyway to find in Vienna! Breakfast was included but I prefer to find my own so can't comment on this. Very hard to find fault with his hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Good location, nice staff, small rooms

Vi havde et behageligt ophold på især takket være det utroligt venlige og imødekommende personale. Dog var der nogle praktiske ting, som kunne forbedres. Puderne var desværre ikke de mest komfortable, da puderne var meget flade, og dynerne føltes enten for varme eller for kolde. Det ville også have været rart med en elkedel samt te og kaffe på værelset fra starten, i stedet for først den sidste nat. Derudover var der små mangler som fx engangsbadehætte, der ikke var fyldt op. Alt i alt en god oplevelse, især takket være det fantastiske personale, men med lidt justeringer på komforten kunne opholdet have været endnu bedre.

Hotellet var mycket bra, rent och fint med vänlig personal och god frukost. Middag fanns, men vi åt på stan. Perfekt läge till shopping och restauranger. Allt som allt kan vi verkligen rekommendera hotellet

Fint hotell i gåavstand fra Stephansplatz. Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening.
