The hotel is very nice. The area is very picturesque and the whole suburb is clean and safe. The hotel staff are friendly and professional. The only negative for us, was that the hotel is about 37 mins from the city by train. But the train service is efficient.

Very nice and well appointed hotel, reception staff very friendly and hospitable. Only disappointment was the restaurant not being open but the chap on reception helped guide us to a great place nearby.

Muy buen lugar , cerca estacion del tres a 6min caminando , puedes ir a madrid en 20 minutos por 5€ . Estacionamiento al rededor del hotel muy seguro y tranquilo.

The hotel was cute, clean and friendly! The area right outside the door is picturesque and great for a morning walk with the family or a romantic evening stroll with restaurants and coffee nearby. The train is a short walk and heads directly into the city. Will be back!

Really nice property in a great location. Room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was ideal and easy to find.

Habitación pequeña calurosa y una cristalera, grandísima donde me podría ver todo el mundo justamente encima del Hall de la entrada y toda la noche escuchando gente salir y entrar cama muy pequeña, Y desayuno muy malo Escaso en Productos y zumo imbebible solo era azúcar Bueno, le pedí unos huevos y me lo hicieron puedo dar gracias.

The hotel is well of situated in Tres Cantos and the rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. TV has international channels . Highly recommended and will be staying there every time I visit Madrid.

Excelente hotel calidad-precio. A sólo 17 minutos de la T4 Madrid-Barajas. Súper conveniente para hacer noche cuando vas o vienes de viaje y no te quieres gastar un dineral en hoteles más céntricos. El hotel es antiguo pero parece bien cuidado y limpio. Las habitaciones son relativamente pequeñas pero cómodas con espacio en mesas y armarios para dejar maletas. El único problema es que no tienen camas supletorias y una cantidad reducida de cunas (aunque son gratis), así que si viajas con niños, llama con antelación para reservar tu cuna. La zona es muy tranquila y parece muy segura. Aparcamiento en la calle y parking de pago en el hotel por 7€/noche. También tiene una cafetería normal dentro del hotel por si no quieres coger desayuno completo y simplemente quieres comprar lo que quieras.

Better than expected, very clean, comfy bed, pleasant helpful staff. Very impressed that hotel provided lots of umbrellas for everyone to use during the storm.
