Great location and the hotel was very clean and the staff approachable and very helpful.

De accommodatie was zeer goed. De kamers zijn een beetje verouderd maar wel zeer proper. Wij waren op huwelijksreis en kregen een fijne verrassing van het personeel op onze eerste avond. Echt top! Het ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Dichtbij het park en op wandelafstand van de oude stad. Wij komen zeker terug!

Needs renovation

Our room was spacious and comfortable, we were on the 10th floor with a great view towards the old town. The breakfast buffet was ample with many options. On site parking was a welcome addition! Access to the major sites was an easy 10 minute walk. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

All good, very comfortable and convenient location. A pleasant walk, 15 - 20 minutes, to the centre of Valencia. My room was at the end overlooking the main road, so rather noisy at night. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, with plenty of choice. Staff were very helpful and all spoke English. Good transport links by Metro and bus.

Hotel Turia. This is a good looking hotel! Plenty of space to move around in. First impressions are so vital and we were welcomed by friendly and polite staff. They wanted to help however they could. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom whilst serviceable had the shower in the bath tub. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! It had everything you could want and it was fresh and the staff again were there to assist with anything we wanted. If we return to Valencia, we would look to return to Hotel Turia!

Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück und Abendessen waren der Traum. Sehr zu empfehlen. Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

Decent hotel in a wonderful city and well-situated for bus, Metro or longish walk into old town. Claims to be a luxury hotel but it is not. No fridge in rooms, which in the summer heat is a real miss. Mock marble floors are great as they avoid the 'sticky carpet' issues but every time another guest moves a chair, table, etc in can be heard as a loud screeching (and forget the lay in once cleaners start). The breakfast is excellent but the bistro bar is pretty rubbish to be honest (but then finding decent restaurants in the city is hardly a problem). Overall ok and staff were friendly and helpful.

Zimmer sauber und schön. Personal sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Frühstück top. Ich würde wieder das gleiche Hotel wählen.

Great hotel! Amazing location and delicious breakfast

Las habitaciones son grandes, pero son muy ruidosas, oiamos a los de las habitaciones de al lado y los de encima. La variedad de comida muy buena. En el restaurante el trato de Jeniffer y Ramón fue de 5 estrellas, así como la alegria que siempre tenia Vladimir al atendernos cuando llegabamos al hotel. El resto del personal como normal, ningún esfuerzo mayor en crear una diferencia. Me parece que el hotel por lo antiguo que se ve 4 estrellas no creo que llegue a esa clasificación. Cambiando pocas cosas, puede verse mejor; quitar el cuadro antiguo, cambiar las pantallas de las luces, en fin, pocas mejoras que lo harian ver mas moderno. The rooms are large, but they are very noisy, we hear those in the rooms next door and those above. The variety of food is very good. In the restaurant, the treatment of Jeniffer and Ramón was 5 stars, as well as the joy that Vladimir always had when he attended us when we arrived at the hotel. The rest of the staff as normal, no greater effort to create a difference. It seems to me that the hotel, because of how old it looks, looks, does not think it will reach that classification. Changing few things, it can look better; remove the old box, change the light screens, in short, few improvements that would make it look more modern.

It was the perfect location see the sights. The breakfast was a beautiful assortment of cold, hot etc. Great value!

We booked a Junior Suite as advertised. What we got was a family room. Tired condition Wi-fi internet in room did not work - complained 3 times - not fixed Our last night - had to complain about roof plant noise - loud noise nuisance. Fortunately a duty managef turned off the offending item As a plus- Excellent breakfast - wide choice- quality offering.

Excellent location with across-the-street access to an extraordinary park. Bicycle rental within a 5-minute walk. Buffet breakfast absolutely worth it and we rarely go that route. Generally as advertised. Rooms are dated as is exterior of the hotel. If you expect that and get beyond it, you’ll soon discover the pluses outweigh the tired look and feel.
