The staff are nice and helpful. The room is clean and neatly. The place is decent and comfortable. Only thing needs to pay attention. Some room may need to use the shared bathroom.

Lovely welcome and very helpful storing bags before/afte checkout. Room clean and attractive. Nice to have robes and slippers and nice soap etc.

Everything to do with The Kennard was really.Small and quiet with the perfect location.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. We dropped our bags off at noon and collected our key, we then had all afternoon and evening to enjoy Bath before returning to find our bags in our room. They were also happy for us to leave our bags after check out if we needed.

Such a charming place , I really enjoyed staying there .

Overnight stay to visit The Forum. Perfect location - about five minutes walk to most restaurants and another five minutes to the theatre. Very friendly and attentive staff, an atmosphere conducive of staying in a cosy home rather than a big hotel. The room was very comfortable with all the necessary facilities.

For a single male solo traveler this was an excellent, reasonably priced room. The Kennard is an older hotel, and my room was quite small. Also it was up three flights of stairs. But when I travel alone I don't need a big room -- just gonna sleep there anyway. The staff helped bring my suitcase, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower was fine. The internet worked. The location is central -- very good actually. Overall, I was pleased with the hotel.

El lugar estaba muy céntrico y se ve bonito pero tuvimos que subir 3 pisos de escaleras… por suerte decidimos no bajar las maletas del carro porque solo nos íbamos a quedar una noche pero hubiera sido una pesadilla subir todos esos escalones con maletas. El cuarto estaba pequeño pero bien.. no servía el internet y el shampoo era de muy mala calidad.

Our room was quite warm as it was on the top floor (and it was during hot weather) - otherwise a pleasant stay!

No air conditioning. Fourth floor. We left street the first night. Staff were very understanding and issued us a partial refund. Great location but not during a heat wave! We had a lovely cup of tea outside in the back garden. Such a lovely spot.
