ห้องพักอยู่ชั้นบนสุด ถ้าเดินไม่ไหว ต้องขอห้องชั้นไม่สูงมากไว้แต่เนิ่นๆ ค่ะ เพราะไม่มีบริการยกกระเป๋า ต้องขนย้ายขึ้นบันไดด้วยตัวเอง ซึ่งบันไดแคบและไม่มีลิฟท์ค่ะ

Bra frukost och personal!

No bathroom door but a shower curtain is used. Shower is next to the toilet and the whole bathroom is really mini. Furniture is old and dated but equipped with a rather new heater. Breakfast is very basic.

Horrible hotel, room and staff. Worst hotel experience ever! Got a room in the basement and it was impossible to sleep there. The whole room was shaking as the metro was running straight under the building. It was shaking as much as even the lights where blinking on and off. This was running up until 0130 in the morning. Then started around 5 again. In addition the room was dirty, old and in a horrible condition. The bed was supported by loose wooden bricks under it. I asked for a change of room, but staff didn't want to help. Also asked for a refund, but staff answered ignorant and impolite back and told me that the shaking is something that is in the hotel event up to the 4th floor. In other words, STAY AWAY from this hotel. You will not get any sleep in here, and you can find same price hotels near by that actually offers kind polite staff, clean rooms and a place where you actually can sleep.

Courteous staff, great location, fabulous price for central London. I stayed in a basement room where the soundtrack of (what I assume was) the nearby underground trains at Paddington was clearly audible... I would sleep through a hurricane but I reckon that might have been worthy of a mention for most guests. Oh, and the TV didn't work...

BILLEDERNE OG HOTELLET ER TO FORSKELLIGE TING. * Værelset var ekstremt småt, toilettet kunne man kun lige presse sig ind til, badet var næsten ovenpå toilettet, og dog uden nogen form for udluftning. * Rigtig sødt personale * Morgenmaden var i et lille mørkt rum med klistrede borde. Maden levede langt fra op til billederne herinde, eller det menukort man fik. * 10/10 placering!!!!

Truly awful. And I’ve stayed in some dumps, but this one “took the biscuit”. Loose door knob that didn’t work. Deadbolt kept the door closed. Uneven, creaky floor. TV with no channels. Electric outlet (230 volt) with exposed wire. Various chips out of the plaster walls. Flimsy curtains and train noise: if you stay there take earplugs and eyeshades. Don’t pay more than £100/night, and only then if there’s nowhere else to stay.

Det eneste rigtigt positive var de imødekommende receptionister. Resten levede egentlig ikke til hverken beskrivelser eller fotos på hotels.com Værelset var så lille at de nærmest var uegnet til 2 personer. Kunne være ok som enkeltværelse. Vinduet var ekstremt svært at åbne, brandreglerne viste ikke hvor man skulle gå hen i tilfældet af brand, så hvis du bor på fx 3. som vi gjorde, ville jeg ikke ane hvad vi skulle. Lys og udluftning på badeværelset var afskyeligt og larmende og afløb fra både vask og bruseniche (der i øvrigt havde dårlige døre) havde svært ved at optage vand fra hane og bruser ved selv den mindste mængde. Morgenmaden lignede overhovedet ikke det på billedet eller det “menukort” der lå på de let klistrede borde - og vinduer/gardiner var direkte ulækre og beskidte. Personalet i køkkenet lignede nogen der ikke gad være der. Jeg kan ikke forestille mig i min vildeste fantasi, at jeg kommer til at bo der igen. Men det er ellers et dejligt område - 100%

A good budget hotel in a convenient area, friendly staff.

El personal muy amable, el desayuno normal, pero sin faltar nada. Te hacen huevos fritos, o tortilla y te dan beans si las pides. La habitación cuádruple que nos toco no estaba mal, pero muy mejorable. Con calefacción yy agua caliente. Y una situación ideal. Un cambio de camas y un lavado de cara si le hacía falta.

Veel te lawaaierig en je kon de trilling van de trein en metro ( Paddington station) gewoon in je kamer voelen! Mijn kamer was beneden naast de ontbijtkamer, kon iedereen daar horen en de vieze bakluchten ruiken!! Geen aanrader

Good and nice staff

Bra läge vid Paddington. Typiskt gammalt Engelskt hotell med massa trappor. Litet rum med WC och dusch som var välstädat och rent.

Hyggelig personale og nært buss og tog. Men lokalene er gamle og trange. God, men kort seng, ikke for personer over 180cm. Ingen heis og smal trapp, vanskelig med koffert. Små rom uten mulighet til å slå opp kofferten på gulvet. Dårlig dusj. Frokost langt under norsk standard. Ikke egnet for annet enn soving.
