Friendly staff, clean room and rare that breakfast is included in London

Siisti ja kiva pieni hotelli hyvällä alueella lähellä metroasemaa. Erityismaininta aamiaisesta, joka kyllä oli runsas. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Huone siisti. Ilmastointina oli vain pöytätuuletin, joten hiukan saattaa helteellä tulla hiki, mutta riittää varmasti lähes aina, jos ei tule helleaaltoa.

Great little hotel with helpful staff

The hotel smells. The desk staff is disinterested at best. The front door is supposed to be unlocked until 11, was locked at 10:30. Front door supposed to be open by 7, was locked at 8:30. They don’t answer their WhatsApp calls. The breakfast was… edible I guess. It was just clean enough to justify not looking for a different place to stay for one night. Location is good.

Breakfast was buffet style - everything you needed Bathroom was very clean

Excellent check in. Room clean, bathroom clean , lovely view, very quiet. Close to local amenities and stores. Only gripe was no nonslip mat for shower.

Great place to stay for location to the underground and walking to all the large parks and shopping district!

Helt ok hotell o frukosten var helt ok Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt o fint område

Good for the price, nice staff and great location. But the room was not the most comfortable of sleeps. My bed seemed to be located on the wall right next to my neighbours bathroom as I was woke up a few times by loud plumbing and the noise of the extractor fan. Would suggest earbuds!

It was a shame that the in room kettle and cups only had two teabags, two milk pods and one sugar - but no coffee!

Hôtel simple mais propre, bien situé dans quartier très agréable. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres. Par contre on entend les passages du métro dans la chambre familiale du sous-sol, mais à part cela l'emplacement est calme.

Me and my friends had a lovely time staying. Love the code-locked main door. The location is very close to the underground service. Close to shops. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious, love the garden view from our room located at the basement. Bathroom is spacious unlike your typical London hotel bathrooms. The continental breakfast is good for the price as well. The receptionist the day we checked in was not very nice. He did not even show the way to the stairs going to the basement considering that it was our first time in the hotel and we dont know where it was. He was a bit sarcastic when asked. You can hear the tube passing by (though it did not really bother us that much). Main issue was, there was a crack and a leak on the ceiling around the toilet area- it dripped straight to the toilet paper location. So the toilet paper was soaked and not usable. Overall, will still come back.
