Small Room , way to hot. Avoid in summers definetly. Sink wont drain proper. Have to Flush toilet multiple times.

Schöne Gegend und zentral gelegen. Die U-Bahn Station Pilmico ist ums Eck. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Ich hatte nur ein WC-Waschbecken d.h. eine Überschwemmung war unumgänglich. Teppichboden im Zimmer. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es nur ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist.

hotel was great for what we paid. Good location I would not recommend for family of 4 for a long period of time. Rooms were European in size, bathroom was very small even by European standards. The staff were fabulous and super helpful.

Pleasure to stay here. Would do it again.

We were put in a room on the lower ground and were awoken by loud footsteps directly above our heads.

Séjour agréable. Personnel accueillant. Nous avons pu bénéficier de notre chambre avant l'heure prévue. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre mais nous avions des ventilateurs a disposition.

In lower ground room and very stuffy and warn, needed bedside fan on all night. Shocked that staff would not accept a Scottish note when trying to pay for a bottle of water. Was looked at as if I had two heads.

This is nothing like a 4-star hotel. There are no extra facilities and no aircon. My room was small with a tiny bathroom and the fixtures were loose and far from new. The breakfast was also in a small room and was adequate, but again I've eaten better in 3-star places. The staff are pleasant enough, though difficult to find in the evening. The hotel is well-located, close to Pimlico tube station and the river.

Hotel is on the small and old side. Standard is still good, clean and friendly. Location is good for central London, Underground and Victoria station. Breakfast is all right. I would prefer a better and broader selection of bread. There must be a local baker to buy some quality bread from.

Personale alla reception gentile, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli nel caso si arrivi prima del check-in, hotel pulito. Camera singola un po’ piccola, però pulita.

Location was good and neighborhood quiet. Only real concern was the temperature in the suite. Too hot and no a/c. There was a fan but didn’t help a lot.

La ubicacioʻn del hotel muy buena, a unos pasos de la línea victoria del underground. En general la estadía fue cómoda y el personal de recepción muy amable en todo momento. Sin embargo, nos encontramos con mala actitud del personal de limpieza de cuarto y del restaurant, haciendo nuestra estadía un poco menos cómoda por ese aspecto

Hotel was located in a nice area convenient for Tube station and Westminster to visit sites. Nice room and excellent breakfast , good quality food and selection. Would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast and close to tube stations. We had a neighbour with a crying baby...

It is a nice location but waiting 4 hours inside the lobby for a reservation we had a month in advance is ridiculous.

Tiny and basic

Check in was easy. The staff were friendly and nice.

For some people the room might be small. However my son and I got up early and went sightseeing and came back late, SO room size wasn't a problem. The staff was very helpful. I could not have asked for a nicer team. THe breakfast was very good. I liked everything about it. It was in a safe area and the underground and bus service was just a block or so away

They were so accomodating and friendly. Cannot fault them at all. Highly recommend
