The location on the harbour is spectacular. The staff are genuinely kind and courteous. The room furnishings are dated. The carpet in the corridors are stained badly. The bathroom was exceptionally spacious and the fixtures were high end and well maintained or are newer. The bed was comfortable. The room was too hot and there was no room thermostat or way to adjust the radiator that we could find. The beverage center with a bottle of water, assorted teas, coffees, kettle and Nespresso machine was superb. The restaurants are high quality and cozy. So this was really a mixed bag, some impressive highlights, so areas that could use a lot of improvement.

I had a fabulous stay. The staff were very helpful and the view is wonderful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great stay!

This hotel has amazing views and excellent service.

For the price I was expecting slightly better. We booked a superior room, but it was very dated. The bed was uncomfortable with springs poking into our backs. The fridge was also very noisy and we could hear upstairs loud and clear. The breakfast was ok. No buffet, even for continental stuff, so fruit and granola portions were tiny. No salmon available one of the mornings and the coffee had grains. The waiting and housekeeping staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. We won’t stay here again but it wasn’t terrible.

Pleasant stay - bathrooms seem to have been recently updated, plenty of amenities and excellent staff.

Wonderful in every way

Lovely spacious room & bathroom. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Lots of staff but no obvious plan of action.

Nice clean room, but the highlight was the excellent food in the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and high quality.

We had an amazing stay again and would happily go back to the hotel.

It is a very nice hotel particularly if you get a river facing room.

Drinks were good. Dinner was yummy, hot & fresh. Room nice, clean & spacious. As Seniors, they gave us all the assistance we needed. All employees we encountered were pleasant & professionals.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly courteous staff. The bedrooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast is cooked to order and eaten overlooking the harbour. There are 2 places to eat on site for lunch and dinner or you can walk into Falmouth. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Another very good stay at the Greenbank. Very comfortable night.

We had a lovely night away the room was perfect and the staff were very welcoming.The breakfast was amazing with a beautiful view.

We booked a superior room for one night stay and were in 134 which is right next to the road. The room was nice, well equipped and clean but we were woken up through the night by traffic and early morning by deliveries to the hotel so did not get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I did mention the problem regarding the traffic noise and the receptionist was apologetic agreeing that there was traffic and delivery noise. Never having stayed there before it would have been nice if we'd been informed of this earlier.
