War für 3 Sterne wirklich gut, tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Cet hôtel est très agréable et extrêmement propre. Les personnels sont d'une grande gentillesse. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

There was a number of restaurants nearby. Air conditioning is not really functional. Rooms were clean, but old. Prices for a property of that location were on the higher side. Finding the hotel was a unique challenge. It took 3-4 trips around the block to get to the hotel. The staff were quite nice and very accommodating. Warning - there is public on street parking which is free overnight. That said - be aware that when we were there it was very noisy. We needed to leave the windows open to cool the room as the A/c was barely working.

Chambre et literie confortable. Bien placé. Petit-déjeuner bon. Poussière généreuse dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Propreté inadéquate pour un établissement hôtelier 3 étoiles.

I chose to return to this hotel as I so enjoyed it the previous week and as it had a restaurant “Au Bureau” at the end of the road and I wasn’t disappointed. friendly check in, nice room (with - yippee- bath tub. comfy bed, nice view from 3rd floor with shutters and opening window. recently redecorated and very smart. enjoyed ribs and excellent local riesling at Au B followed by good night’s sleep. train leaving at 07.10 meant I couldn’t have breakfast but, the hotel being only a few hundred yards from the main train station, meant that I didn’t have to leave until ten minutes before- once again recommend for quality, condition, location and nearby restaurants

Eine sehr freundliche dunkelhäutige Dame hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Bett war sehr bequem eher etwas hart und es gab genügend Kopfkissen. Ein Flaschenöffner hat gefehlt und es gab über die Nacht an der Strasse kostenlose Parkplätze. Ein Kühlschrank fehlt ebenfalls.

easy access from main railway station, cheerful efficient check in with lots of local information and advice on restaurants. refurbished hotel with newly decorated room, corridors and public areas. breakfast was wonderful- quality of a 5 star - thoroughly recommended

L'emplacement très bien. Tout prêt de la gare, l'arrêt du tram et de la vieille ville. Très calme. Le personnel très sympa.

Im ersten Zimmer das wir bezogen hatten gingen zwei Lampen nicht und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Die abgeblätterte Farbe an der Decke des Bads haben wir gar nicht erst reklamiert. Wir bekamen dann ein neues Zimmer und da funktionierte ebenfalls die Heizung nicht. Vermutlich war die Heizung ausgeschaltet, denn nach unserer Rückkehr war die Heizung an. Am nächsten Abend war die Heizung wieder aus und dann wollte uns derselbe junge Mann wie am Abend vorher ein anderes Zimmer geben. Als wir Ihn daran erinnerten, evtl. die Heizung einzuschalten tat er dies wohl, denn die Heizkörper wurden wieder warm. Man kann ja energiesparen, aber nicht so. Für uns war es der erste und letzte Besuch in diesem Haus.

Very bad experience. I did not get the room i booked and was not offered any kind of compensation. Not even a free breakfast. Noise insulation to this hotel is an unknown word. On the check out on 01/31, the front desk was unpolite and needs to change job.

Hotel em processo de renovação. Suite ampla, 110. Limpo. Bem localizado. Café da manhã continental bom. Wi fi horrível. Banheiro péssimo: toalhas limpas, mas horríveis, box do banheiro péssimo, não há proteção, molha todo recinto. Tive problemas com a reserva: reservei com café da manhã e não constava no controle do hotel. Gerente do hotel, através de e-mail, resolveu a situação, ponto positivo.
