Zimmer 3 Sterne will nicht ganz sauber. Personal 5 Sterne weil sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Extra Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. 1 Stern Dämmung zur Straße hin. Ob Fenster offen oder geschlossen machte vom Geräuschpegel der Straßenbahn keinen Unterschied, man hörte außer Absätze der Frauen die unten legen bei geschlossenem Fenster. Schlaf ab 0430 für uns nicht mehr möglich. Die Gegend mit den Imbissläden sehr laut am Abend. Ansonsten wäre das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis perfekt. Wer schläft sie ein Stein ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Très bonne literie. Très propre. Grande chambre. Il manquera juste une prise à proximité de la table pour branché son PC portable Bien situé à 10min à pied de la gare et juste devant le tram !

Nettes Hotel, miserable Fenster, dadurch starker S-Bahn Lärm

The location is ideal for exploring and easy access to the central train station. First stay had a room facing the street which was noisy with the tram station. Our second stay was in the back overlooking the courtyard which was more quiet. Rooms were clean but could use a decor update and freshen up the scuffed paint. Very good value for the location.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est très aimable, sauf que sinon il n'y a pas grand-chose de bien dans cet hôtel. La propreté très moyenne, des cheveux au sol, de la poussière accumulée, des traces sur les murs blancs ... Draps et serviettes très biens (heureusement), lit et oreiller confortables. En revanche, un filet d'eau sous la douche pour se laver, certes chaude mais peu abondante, pas pratique. Et alors une soufflerie ininterrompue ... alors que j'ai coupé clim et chauffage ... juste pourquoi ?? Les espaces communs : couloirs et escaliers, auraient grand besoin d'un bon coup de neuf ! Et la chambre dans laquelle j'étais aussi (rien à voir avec la photo montrée en appel sur le site). Le petit-déjà correct mais la personne au service était débordée, table et chaises pas bien nettoyées. Produits corrects mais plus de lait demi-écrémé (normal) "il a été commandé" ... Expérience vraiment moyenne, voire juste passable. J'y ai passé une nuit, dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

good location just outside the central very busy area so perfect for us. also just 6 or 7 mins walk to the station for daytrips etc. friendly staff. clean, bright, good breakfasts,good coffee available in reception / sitting area.

Very helpful staff, the room was very comfortable for our family of three, we had a lovely stay.

Star房型適中，看得出房間重新整修過，離車站近，周遭環境機能便利，但小法國區步行10分鐘即可，很方便。

物美價廉的旅館！可惜沒有冰箱，其他都非常棒👍，不論是交通、購物地點的方便性，都很值得推薦喔！

The first room assigned was really old & dingy and the a/c did not work on a very hot day/night. Was told there was no other room available so the night was very uncomfortable. The next day they moved us to another room which was better but then on the 2nd night the a/c stopped working so another miserable night.

Love the uniqueness of the hotel. It was stylish, had a great breakfast section with many great options. The room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel is ever in Strasburg again.

Slept well, good location however parking was not clear. However staff provided us with another car park which was approximately 5minute walk away

Location is superb, next to the old town area and a few minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself is decent. We booked a room that can accommodate 6 ppl for 4 of us. The room total area is large but it’s split in 2 levels so didn’t feel very large. Washroom is small especially the wash basin…..so small it feels like a toy size basin.

Amazing location, parking tricky but after 5 attempts we cracked it! Don't just watch the video once!!! Quirky urban hotel with spacious room and very friendly reception crew. Great dinner recommendation and handy bar. So well located right next to Petite France and Strasbourg was so pretty. Tea and coffee in room as well. Room was clean and slight need of TLC lost in urban chic decor! Stairs up to room bit grubby but room and bathroom lovely and clean. Really good place to stay!!
