Hard to find and figure out parking. NO air conditioning! Front desk told us to open the windows, but people talking, smoking etc... made that impossible. If you are not going to turn on the AC, don't advertise it!

Our first time in Avignon was a delight! Staying at Kyriad Avignon Palais Des Papes was convenient and accessible to all the walled city had to offer. We want to come back!

Perfect location. Great spot.

Walls were incredibly thin, could hear everything from neighbor rooms. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. Can validate parking tickets for Palais des Papes and Les Halles. If you’re a bad sleeper, it won’t be comfortable. Otherwise it was very fine.

O hotel precisa de algumas melhorias no banheiro, box mais fechado, chuveiro melhor. Tem algumas paredes descascando, porta descascando. O quarto também tem um cheiro estranho que não consegui definir. Faltou luz durante uma noite. E pra arrumar o quarto você precisa solicitar.

Nice hotel in a very nice area with lots of ourdoor eating and shopping. Convenient to park in La Halles parking ramp and walking. Good breakfast for 14 euro per person. Comfortable beds.

Parfait Petit bémol pour la lampe sécurité de la marche en entrant dans la chambre qui empêche d’avoir de l’obscurité dans la chambre ce qui reste gênant

Muito bem localizado na linda cidade de Avignon. Staff très gentil. Vista magnífica da Ópera com o por do sol.

Hôtel agréable avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Bien situé à 2 pas du palais, au centre ville. Grand choix de restauration autour de l'hôtel

A estadia foi ótima. O café da manhã era maravilhoso. O único senão é a internet que é muito intermitente. Para quem precisa trabalhar é bem complicado.

The hotel's main selling point is its location, so central to everything you might need or want to visit. The staff were nice and helpful. Room was basic but for the price given the properties location it is good value for money. My only complaint would be the 20 euro charge for accessing the room one hour early.

No fue posible ocupar el hotel pues hice reservación con parking y el hotel ofrece un parking a 3km del hotel un espacio abierto y sin vijilancia nocturna y además al hotel no se puede llegar en coche por tanto no ocupe la reserva ahora nada .

Je recommande cet hôtel. Il est bien situé. La chambre, bien que petite, est très agréable et au calme. La literie est bonne. Évitez simplement de réserver le petit déjeuner. Il sera moins cher (11€ au lieu des 13€ facturés par hotels.com) payé sur place.
