the parking situation was sooo difficult...far away, all cobblestones, ugh. they did send me an email about the difficulties but it was AFTER i booked. TV was awful, BBC news was the only english station. front desk did not speak or understand any english. could not drive to hotel, it was surrounded by ped areas and that was not clear. i called to see how to get in and thats when i realized the no english situation. all i understood was 'parking palais du papes' ugh. i will alwlays choose on site parking in the future.

Le personnel très accueillant et chaleureux - La chambre petite mais agréable et très fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner buffet très correct. Un très bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel qui plus est très bien situé puisqu’au pied du Palais des Papes - zone donc sans circulation automobile - un bonheur !

Great location next to the plaza. Close to the citadel and all the attractions. Stairs are small and twisted but thankfully for the elevator. Room was small but comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast there but in a local bakery instead. Staff was very helpful.

Ottima comunicazione per spiegare come raggiungere l'hotel in auto. Posizione centralissima. Pulito e buone regole di igiene (gel disinfettante in ogni angolo). Camera di dimensioni ridotte ma ben attrezzata con ottimizzazione degli spazi, dotata anche di macchina per l'espresso e tisane, biscottini. Aspetti negativi: colazione opzionale ma costosa (12,90€ a persona). La camera era calda, non circolava molta aria, i muri erano sottili.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter la ville d'Avignon, avec un parking facile d'accès et très proche. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Chambre petite mais très agréable et très propre

Great location, easy to walk to from train station in Avignon Center. I had a lovely room with a view, it was very comfortable. I would have rated it higher but for several reasons: 1) when I went to check out their card reader rejected both my debit and credit card (using 2 different banks); they had NO alternate way to pay except cash, so I was forced to run to the bank to get enough cash to cover the bill just before I was scheduled to leave Avignon. This was very stressful and the ONLY place in the 6 wk I've been traveling throughout Europe where it happened. No problems with the cards themselves, just the reader. 2) there were a couple of cool nights but the heat was not yet turned on at the hotel. 3) there was no ice available at the hotel. No machine, nothing on request despite the hotel having a kitchen. Just things for future travelers to consider.

Great location walkable to sights and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff at check in. Very clean room with nicely renovated bathroom and complimentary coffee machine. Only negative was the room was quite small, down a narrow passage and only had windows looking out on an interior stairwell and a ventilation shaft. Still a good value for the money considering the generous and tasty breakfast buffet was included in the price.

Bra frukost. Fina rum. Mycket trevlig reception. Man kände sig välkommen. Enda minus var ett osäkert wifi.
