Undoubtably the best hotel I have ever stayed at. So beautiful, the staff were amazing so kind and helpful. It was my birthday and they sent chocolates to my room and gifted our group free cocktails before dinner. I was very touched. Would Highly recommend a visit there if staying in Lugano.

we had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, and we had a wonderful room with the most incredible view, no complaints at all. My only complaint was the food at the breakfast buffet, it was really nothing special, locked, originality, and somewhere homemade options.

Wundervolle Lage mit wunderbaren Blick vom Balkon über den See und auf San Salvatore. Hervorragend auch die direkte Anbindung an den Berg Monte Brè hinter dem Hotel. Frühstück ebenfalls hervorragend

Bom hotel, confortável, atenciosos, bem localizado, mas não é um 5 estrelas moderno. Pelo valor valor considerarem outras opções.

Excellent hotel, old classic style, very comfortable and spacious room, good quality beds and beddings. We stayed in the double room with balcony, room looks like a junior suite, had 2 bathrooms. Hotel has a wonderful garden, perfect location , on the lake and not very far from center.

Das Hotel ist schön, aber altmödisch. Der Kaffee im Zimmer zu bezahlen, obwohl die Nacht 700.- CHF kostet! Der Spa sehr bescheiden für ein 5 Stern Hotel: die Fenster und Boden zum Garten schmutzig, Whirlpool nicht in Betrieb, keine Getränke/Snacks etc zur Verfügung, der Ruheraum im Gang.

Wonderful old style hotel in a good location and with impeccable service. Great breakfast and lunch restaurant and a lovely bar. Very specious and comfortable room with lake and garden views. I would strongly recommend it.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Villa Castagnola. Zimmer sehr geräumig; Willkommensgruss; Nespressomaschine; alles sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Aussicht von unsererm Superiorzimmer auf den Garten (mit Kunstgegenständen) + den See, einfach toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This hotel was absolutely the most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed. The suites are grand and pay a homage to its time period. The views are unbelievable and the staff is so polite and accommodating. I do wish they would have changed up the menu each morning for breakfast and each night for dinner. Great spot to travel North and South to Lake Como. A wonderful time was had on our girls trip!

The view is the best literally part heaven. Staffs were so helpful and polite. Hundred percent 💯 i am coming back there soon.🙏💜💋

Nice hotel with a great Spa. Has its own Lido and for little Children you can also go to the public Lido which was great.
