Reasonable price, close to the main shopping street and nice en suite room. Window was tiny so a lack of natural light but not a big issue if you’re going to be out all day

Todo limpio y correcto. Zona centrica. Se puede ir andando al centro facilmente.

No fuss,pleasant left fealing very satisfied. Will be back for sure! Side note this is my 4th stay.

It was a little noisy! Some customers arrived late at night and they woke up everybody. Overall a great place a little far from the downtown area but walkable!

No geral muito bom

A relação qualidade/preço é boa e apesar de estar a 10-20 minutos a pé do que mais interessa visitar no centro, faz-se bem o percurso. A cama era muito boa e o quarto, equipado com o essencial (TV, frigorífico, etc…). A única questão menos positiva é a janela ser muito pequena, quase não deixando entrar luz natural e dando uma sensação de claustrofobia.

A recepcionista que nos atendeu foi bastante grossa, mas depois de eu reclamar de sua forma de falar, tratou-nos com mais Cortesia. Existem um estacionamento no hotel mais o valor da diária é elevado, €20,00. O hotel fica em uma região muito boa, com um café da manhã razoável, notamos apenas a falta de frutas no café da manhã e uma maior variedade de itens.

Hotel vers le centre ville, propre et calme

Hôtel moderne, bien situé (dans les hauts de Porto) avec une excellente literie. En revanche sèche cheveux de l'ancien temps, odeur d'humidité dans le tiroir de la salle de bain et petit déjeuné identique chaque jour avec très peu de choix.

The woman on 1st shift wasn’t the friendliest, elevator so small and hot. The soaps you provide for customers should just be elimated. What’s the purpose?

The good - Bed was comfortable, Staff were friendly and helpful, location was great. The bad - Bathroom floor was soaked from leaking shower, we had a room that faced onto the street, even with triple glazing it was LOUD. No breakfast option available to us. The ugly - we retired for the night as we wanted to watch the football on the TV. We couldnt get the TV to work so reception came up, had a play around with it and said sorry - not working and left. Very disappointed to pay 100 pounds and not have a TV in the room.

Excelente hotel.. super recomendado

It is wonderful that it has parking on the premises and it is a short walk to the pedestrian area of Porto. It helped that the halal kebab place a couple of doors down is excellent
