Great location. Lovely pool and deck areas. (Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service for all but 2 days of our stay). Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained, but quite a lot of noise from the bars in Cosmo Centre opposite at the weekends (until the early hours of the following day).fyi: We were on floor 2. The private balconies are spacious and furnished with chairs and a table big enough for al fresco dining. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. Lounge ares was comfy with flat screens TV - only a couple of English Channel’s (but who goes on hols to watch TV!) The staff are welcoming and efficient and friendly. Short stroll to main strip and beach (the beach is incredible) Car parking in very short supply and it is quite a trek to the airport by bus (taxi cost us 120 Euros one way) as the local buses didn’t fit our schedule. The hotel pricing structure is unclear as some rooms have recently been fully refurbished and others are modern but a little tired. To further complicate things - the hotel is situated on 3 different levels (1 to 3, 4 to 6, and 7 to 9). It would help if it was made clear exactly which level you are getting at the time of booking. Also watch out for price hikes on certain weekends due to Spanish festivals and Bank Holidays (which are different to those in the UK). We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for some winter sunshine.

Das Zimmern hatte grade so Meerblick, da man uns kein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerk geben wollte. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und der Balkon groß. Die Küche hat eine Mikrowelle, aber die Töpfe und Pfanne sind in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer werden alle 3 bis 4 Tage einmal gereinigt. Wer frische Handtücher früher braucht, kann diese an der Rezeption anfragen, aber diese erhält man nicht sofort. Wir haben 2 Tage gewartet bis und das nette Zimmermädchen welche gebracht hat. Alles im Allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Lage (Bushaltestellen, Geschäfte und Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe).

Todo muy bien, estuve en el apartamento premium, merece la pena pagar un poquito más, y unas vistas espectaculares.

We have visited this hotel a few times. It is centrally located with great access to the main strip and buses to connect with other parts of the island. We have hired cars on some occasions but parking can be a bit of an issue - especially on market day when part of the main carpark is taken over by the market. There is a lovely, wide, white sandy beach just across the road and it is possible to walk to the ‘old town’ either along the beach itself or via the coastal footpath which overlooks the beach. We usually like to stay on the 6th floor but the lower rooms had been totally refurbished on our most recent visit - so we opted for the refurbished apartment and lost the sea view (we were quite happy with our choice but the room was a little noisy as it faced a night club in the shopping centre opposite). Also the pool area and sunbathing areas were much improved and extremely comfy this visit - our only complaint is the inconsistency with the pool heat - great when the heating was on but it was often left unheated for long periods during our stay - there was just no consistency. The staff are all welcoming and efficient, helpful & friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you all - we hope to return soon.

Remontoitu huoneisto vastasi kuvia täysin, siisti, tilava ja raikas sisustus. Tilava parveke. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. . Huoneiston seinät eivät pitäneet ääntä eli naapurihuoneesta kuulu möykkä läpi.

Huone ok, olimme 5 päivää eikä huonetta siivottu kertaakaan tänä aikana. Aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war wirklich Klasse, neu renoviert in der 7. Etage, super Ausblick. Im Bad war es schon ziemlich eng, die Dusche ebenerdig, daher immer Wasser auf dem Boden. Frühstück war auch gut, alles vorhanden.

Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden 👍 2 kleine Punkte - leider kein Besen/Handfeger im Appartement. Offene Fuge an der Dusche - altes Wasser kann ganz schön müffeln. Rest für uns perfekt 👌

Ich fand die Umgebung sehr schön, dass es direkt am Meer ist und man in der Nähe alles hat, was man braucht. Aber ich fand’s schade, dass es keine Klimaanlagen gab und dass alle drei Tage erst gereinigt wird.

The property is in a very good position near to shops and beach but also very quiet. We visited in March so may be still out of season as a lot of restaurants were shut. Accommodation was ok for the money we paid but the facilities of the kitchen was very disappointing. No toaster unless you hired it from reception but no info regarding this just asked and was given. No microwave, no kettle. It is one of the worst self catering apartments we have been to. When the apartments are full you would not get round the swimming pool as it is not large enough nor are there enough sun loungers. Then you have the German contingency who put their towels on the loungers and then go off! Lots of Germans and felt hotel was catering for them rather than anybody else. Tried cocktail when German football game was on and poor barmaid did not know whether she was coming or going. She therefore did not put all the ingredients into our cocktail. If the hotel was spruced up and apartments updated with equipment, swimming pool larger this would be great as the area and where it is you could not better it. We found the waiters in some of the restaurants were not friendly and not at all helpful. Would not return

Great location and comfortable accommodation

Location was really good. Receptionists was polite and helpful, but information from them sometimes was very different. Nobody cleaned my apartment during whole week even I have talked with receptionist. I have got clean towels myself from clean lady. I had such unpleasant experience first time in my entire life.

Needs addition of colour to brighten the room up. Looked dull
