Amazing stay, beautiful terrace, very clean, helpfully staff, 24 hour desk, breakfast good for continental as had all you need

Loved my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room clean and loved the rooftop garden as a place to relax after a long day of playing tourist. Only complaint was the mattress in room 103, it appears they had just flipped the coil spring matress so we were laying on a 'hump' and it was uncomfortable, needed a mattress topper. Ither than that it was a great stay, lovely hotel, would stay again!

Trevligt litet hotell. + Frukosten var liten men okej. Bröd, mjölk, kaffe, the, juice och yoghurt + Otroligt trevlig personal + Rent och felfritt städat + Fem minuter att gå från Metro, två stationer bort från tågstationen + Bra gångavstånd till sevärdheter om man inte vill åka kollektivt - Otroligt lyhört mellan rummen, vi hörde allt som hände i receptionen, korridoren, hissen och i grannrummen. Omgivningen ute på gatan hördes dock inte alls. - Mycket små rum. I vårat fick en dubbelsäng plats, men inte väskorna på sidan. Så de fick stå på sängborden. Ett annat rum resten av sällskapet bodde i var något större så de kunde gå runt sängen och ett litet skrivbord fick också plats. Det gjorde oss ingenting eftersom vi spenderade dagarna utomhus. Men hade det varit en regnig vistelse hade vi inte kunnat umgås på våra rum Jag skulle nog välja ett annat hotell nästa gång, enbart för hur lyhört det var. Jag skulle inte bo här med barn med tanke på att allt grannen gjorde hördes som om det var i samma rum...

The rooms were super small beds were very hard they weren’t comfortable at all the bed sheets and comforter weren’t either. Staff was awesome though very nice people.

The staff was polite, but apart from that not a good hotel at all. Breakfast was the worst part, dried out bread with overcooked eggs, that was more or less everything on the table. Rooms are super small and barely fitted 2 persons. Pretty much nothing is within walking distance, only a supermarket that closes around 8.

Helt ok. Personalen är behjälpliga men hotellet är gammalt, frukosten är fattig och tråkig. Rummen har ingen utrustning förutom en gammal tv och ett litet kyl. Sängarna är gamla resårsängar som är förmjuka och obekväma.

Das Hotel ist als 3-Sterne-Hotel klassifiziert, also war so okay. Entsprechend verfügte das Zimmer zwar über eine Minibar, diese war jedoch nicht mit Getränken bestückt - The hotel is classified as a 3-star hotel, so it was acceptable. Accordingly, the room did have a minibar, but it was not stocked with any drinks.

Room was clean and staff were nice. They charged me the tax for 2 people, even though my wife wasn’t there when I checked in. As it turns out, she never did arrive as she was stuck in Munich because of a weather delay. The hotel could have given me my money back when I was checking out, but of course there was a different attendant there at that time. And I forgot to mention it because I’m not used to paying this tax in Canada.

Excellent position for a city break. Very clean. Staff very friendly and efficient, gives a familiar atmosphere. Room was little (no desk or tiny space to dress and prepare) but was OK for a city break of 2. Everything necessary was available.

Cafe da manhã básico, quarto pequeno, box extremamente apertado. Recepção simpática, pude fazer checkout e deixar as malas guardadas.

Warm welcome, very friendly staff. Had everything we needed for a short stay. My young son and I shared a deluxe room - plenty of space and nice little balcony. I liked the sofa area being partitioned off by furniture as my son could sleep early evening and I could relax on the sofa. The tv was by the bed though so I didn’t watch it! Perfectly clean room, freshened up in the morning for us. Little sachets of shower gel provided and hand soap plus plenty of towels. The shower cubicle is a little small but all worked fine and pleasant overall. Breakfast lovely - bread, cheese, ham, pastries, eggs, tomatoes, yoghurt, fruit and cereal - couldn’t ask for more, except maybe slightly better coffee!! Lovely roof garden and a little lounge area downstairs to relax around the hotel. Location-wise it’s near the metro and about a 15min walk to Termini, which my 6 year old managed even in the heat. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

The beds were terrible. They were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a nice stay in a place close to the metro.
