We have stayed here before and it was just as good as the first time. The bathroom is beautiful. We visited Nemi and Castel Gandolfo, which are nearby villages that are beautiful. Also the wine country for the area is very nearby too.

A Great Boutique Hotel in a true Roman Neighborhood! Place has Tons of Character! Area is very old going back to Roman times! There is parking across the street. Our room was very clean, & again, a lot of old world character! Restaurant onsite is also very good! We were able to get a train downtown from the Frascoti Station.

First time visiting Locanda dello Spuntino, will definitely be back Thankyou for an amazing dinner.

A hidden gem. We loved our stay here and be sure to eat at the restaurant in the hotel. The food was amazing! The customer service was spectacular.

Beautiful grounds with unique rooms and features. The rooms are small but have everything you need and the front desk does their absolute best to accommodate. Excellent food and gelato within a 5 minute walk in an extremely quiet and quaint neighborhood. A quick 20 minute bus ride to the Rome Metro station and another 20 minute train to Rome. Come here if you want to be close to Rome but not IN Rome! Bed is on the firmer side but very comfortable. Only complaint was air conditioning (cooling) was not available due to the whole hotel being on the winter system. Seems like only heating or only cooling is available - however this is common to older hotels in Rome. Wifi was very poor but not an huge issue. Overall had a great stay!!

After checking in and seeing our room, we discovered that it was not the demi-suite we booked and that the air conditioning in the hotel was not functional. When I addressed our concerns to the front desk, they offered us another room on the first floor which was slightly cooler but still had no AC and still extremely warm. It was also smaller than the room we booked. We decided to leave and booked a room elsewhere. I felt like we were being taken advantage of as American tourists.

Love this beautiful hotel. It is a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The attached restaurant was amazing. We sat on their patio, but the actual restaurant was also beautiful. The food and wine were delicious. The breakfast in the morning was great. Easy taxi ride to the airport. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and without a doubt would stay here again.

Very nice staff, clean and was quiet

Incredible place to stay. It has a retreat feel with outstanding accommodations, food, and Italian authenticity. Floridians needing the AC cooler greatly appreciated the willingness to override the preset temp of 25 degrees C. Awesome value!

We chose this hotel, based on its excellent reviews… We were not disappointed! This hotel is the most charming place and we thoroughly enjoyed staying there both before and after taking a cruise. The pictures are all accurate. The breakfast is wonderful! We stayed a total of four nights and loved it. I highly recommend this little out of the way gem!

Truly an authentic place to stay. Will return, not for vegetarians or vegans as meat focused. Lovely touches, fresh flowers, pure linen on the bed and welcoming staff. Could not have been better.
