Nice hotel, little problems about check in because no personnel, only by phone service, but thus its eorking well Very nice room and enviroment

Just one night

No staff. We had to call in a number to check. The room is old and the carpet had a big stain.

Nice large room. Very well equiped and appointed. Great location in the old town and access to restaurants and the historical site.

Godt hotel, lidt slidt, store rum, pænt og rent. Reseptionen var et telefonnummer. Faktisk placering i den gamle bydel.

The hotel has great roomy rooms and a wonderfully warm shower.

Check in automatico con mail per istruzioni richiesta ripetutamente prima e dopo l'arrivo. Assenza di personale alla reception. Abbiamo chiamato e il telefono squillava a vuoto. Perso molto tempo prima di ricevere una risposta. Condizioni fatiscenti considerata la categoria. Assenza di ascensore. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Colazione ok.

No other humans. Automatic check-in with code. Automatic check out. No sign of other guests. No hotel staff. Lovely suite with all the luxuries. Perfect stay but a bit strange to see no one

Nice and posh place, and also good location to the city centre

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Check in not straight forward with no one on site. You have to pay €1 city tax prior but never got confirmation on exactly how so had to call a call center in lobby and figure it out for 15 minutes.

We had a Bad Overall experience. The Room wasn't at all as shown in the pictures. The air inside the room was stale, kind of musty. Breakfast and cleaning were ok. The only pro was the location Price definitely not in line for a 4 star hotel offer

Nice and quiet, central location,no reception, self check in and self checkout, intercom system instead of front desk. No elevator can be a problem if you have to drag your luggage upstairs. Other than that not bad at all Interesting experience overall

hotel era pulito silenzioso vicino ai siti d interesse. non sono abituato a non avere un servizio di check in fisico. Non abbiamo avuto nessun emergenza ma nel caso ci fosse stata avrei preferito un persona con cui parlare

Mooie, ruime en nette kamers. In en uitchecken gaat heel makkelijk dmv een toegangscode. Parkeren is niet heel makkelijk. Weinig parkeergelegenheid in de directe omgeving van het hotel. Parkeren is betaald van 0800-2000 en kost €20,- voor de gehele dag.

Lovely cosy and clean hotel in a great location. Breakfast was awful but you could get toast so all ok.

Das Hotel war überraschend enttäuschend und mir fehlen ehrlich gesagt die Worte. Während des Aufenthalts war die einzige Person, die in Hotel aktiv gearbeitet hat, eine Angestellte bei Frühstück, welche nur zur Kontrolle vor Ort war. Die Klimaanlage war im Frühstücksbereich auf 16°C eingestellt und das bei Außentemperaturen von 6°C. Das Frühstück, welches warm sein sollte, war kalt und schwamm teilweise in der eigenen Suppe. Der Check-In läuft anscheinend per Mail, allerdings ist es ungünstig wenn man keine Mail mit den Zugängen erhält und sich dann beim Check-In per Wandtelefon mit einem Servicemitarbeiter unterhalten muss, um seine Zugänge zu erhalten. Das Zimmer war halb leer und wirkte dadurch sehr verloren. Das Fenster im Raum hatte einen Sprung und die Heizung ist nachts einfach ausgegangen obwohl die Zieltemperatur nicht erreicht war. Das Bad hat den gesamten Aufenthalt nach Gülle gerochen, vermutlich weil die Abflüsse zugesetzt sind. Einige Dichtungen an Türen und Fenstern waren abgerissen und hingen teilweise an diesen. Die Lage des Hotels ist der einzige Pluspunkt, denn dieses liegt quasi im Altstadt Zentrum, worduch sehr vieles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Preis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt und die angeblichen 4-Sterne waren nirgends zu erkennen. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen, denn selbst die Lage macht den Rest nicht wett.
