El hotel muy bien ubicado, la pieza muy muy buena con cocina completa y una terraza muy linda, y el desayuno muy bueno con mucha variedad y todo muy rico.

La ubicación la mejor!! Aunque me encantan estar en un hotel que tenga un lobby con bar y ambiente; fue increíble todo! Volvería y muy bien el servicio siempre atentos y amables.

Hotel is really a "businessman's hotel" with small rooms, basic amenities in the room, and charges for anything used in the coffee-tea bar. Restaurant is very nice and food is good. Biggest problem is the restaurant has a facility in the garden used for parties and can be very noisy late into the evening. Suggest reserving rooms on the street side!! The major benefits are fair room rate for Madrid and superior location.

Beautiful hotel in a great location and wonderful staff! We will stay here on our return trip to Madrid.

El hotel bien ubicado, habitación limpia y amplia. Desayuno excelente

Escogimos este hotel para nuestras noches de boda y fue la mejor elección que pudimos hacer. El personal inmejorable y atento, la habitación super silenciosa y eso daba a la terraza interior del restaurante Torcuato pero asomarse y ver lo bonito que lo tienen y la tranquilidad que da, no tiene precio. Volveremos sin duda. Si quieres alojarte en el centro de Madrid pero escapar de su ruido, este es tu alojamiento.

Great hotel, defiantly feels like you’re in the Manhattan part of town. The area was just way too busy for us but it was nice to be a block from El Retiro. Although, I will say other smaller parks felt better for our toddler. The restaurant is excellent and beautiful.

We arrived earlier than our check-in allowed and the staff was still super accommodating. They stored our luggage for us and helped us book reservations for meals while we waited for our room to be available.
