Excellent location. Parking is tight, but thankfully available. Felt very safe and at home for our 1 week in Nice. Highly recommend.

No aircondition, but really big rooms

Very spacious room. Fantastic staff. Upon checking in, I was told that I can have my room cleaned once during my stay and that I would need to tell the reception one day in advance of the day I need the cleaning. The cleaning was excellent and the cleaners even arranged for a plumber to fix a problem with the shower in my room. Really convenient location.

Location was great with a short walk to the beach. Parking on site was nice, but make sure to have a small vehicle. Air conditioning wasn't working. They did provide fans when we asked about the room temperature.

Good value for money. Great location, walking distance to the city and just a few blocks from the beach. We had booked an apartment and was upgraded to an ever larger apartment on arrival. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. The sofa bed is ok for a few nights, but a little squeaky. I would stay here again.

Good location for Promenade, the tram, the railway station and restaurants.

We had a great stay in this hotel - the staff were very friendly, and although we had an issue with our shower, this was quickly resolved while we were out for the day. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and train station - would definitely recommend!

Réservation sur site ok , je demande un paiement sur place et surprise retrait sur la carte de crédit caution enregistrée. Je téléphone pour demander le remboursement, très très mal reçu et on me dit que le jour de mon arrivée ce sera remboursé avec ma carte de crédit . Le jour de l’arrivée je tombe sur une personne désagréable (blinde accent slave) qui me rembourse sans me demander ma carte mais qui encaisse tout le séjour donc une seconde fois car le remboursement n’apparaîtra que 4 jours après (week end oblige) . Bref entre les 25€ la place de parking la nuit, la douche entartrée qui donne de l’eau chaude après 10 min , un soi disant suite hôtel pour 2 nuits avec 3 sticks de café soluble et 2 sachets de thé pour 2, ou encore la literie qui laisse à désirer, le prix est vraiment trop cher . Seul point positif emplacement correct et réceptionniste de l’après midi ( avec des lunettes et accent slave aussi) très sympa . A bon entendeur fuyez

Muy lejos de ser un hotel 4 estrellas! No hay relación precio valor. Muy deteriorada las instalaciones. El WC quedaba botando agua, la ducha manguera no se podía ajustar de altura y posición por lo que se moja todo el piso del baño, la cafetera con moho. Pedí unas toallas y me las entregaron en recepción 12h después. Fui dos veces a recogerlas y no había nadie que atendiera. Es un apartamento bastante completo y espacioso pero no se acerca a ser un hotel 4 estrellas.

Really good location.

Rooms are very old, you can feel that no renovation have been made for 10-15 years. Furniture is very shabby, half of light switches and sockes do not work. The room rate included cleaning only one time for 4 days, if you want additional cleaning you have to pay and be lucky that cleaning staff is avalable that day. Nonsence. You can't even closely compare to the lower level and cheaper hotels in Asia, Middle east and Turkey.
