Riesengroßes Zimmer und Badezimmer , tolle Terrasse, Pool sehr schön. Das Frühstück ein Traum. Super nettes Personal, das immer behilflich war und auch Restauranttipps gegeben hat. Ich hatte Geburtstag während meines Aufenthaltes und dies wurde mit mehreren Aufmerksamkeiten besprochen und Gratulationen gewürdigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

The staff at this hotel are very professional and helpful; this was our third time staying there. The room was very clean and the hotel is really lovely. It is situated directly across from the sea. There is a restaurant onsite, but we did not eat there.

Nice staff, comfy bed and good location for walking into town.

Great location (only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hermanus) and the sea view from our room was lovely. Staff were friendly and engaging, and nothing was too much trouble.

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around. We felt well taken care of and would happily stay here again.

Très bel hôtel dans son ensemble, très joliment décoré, petite piscine bien agréable. Les chambres sont magnifiques et la salle de bain est équipée de baignoire spa, c'est rare...eh bien sympathique !!! Petit déjeuner complet et délicieux, personnel à l'écoute et serviable.

Wir haben statt des gebuchten Zweibettzimmers eine wunderschöne Suite bekommen. Die Anlage ist superschön, der Pool beheizt und sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Excellent hotel and I would recommend it to anyone considering visiting Hermanus

Lovely stay in Hermanus. It had a very sophisticated charm to it without being pretentious. The lobby was beautiful and had reading rooms with a grand staircase.lively pool area with gardens. Not a big hotel but would summarize as a “decent size boutique” hotel. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. Security was always there with a gate to access the grounds. 8 minute walk to the main center but was right across the street from a lovely Oceanside restaurant and tide pool. Highly recommend everything about this property.

Alt var godt og fint med værelset. Men morgenmaden var dårlig (=Restaurant Heritage). Virkelig skrabet. Man får kaffe fra en kæmpe termokande som personalet går rundt med. Hvis du vil have extra kaffe (f.eks. Americano), så skal der betales for det. Dårlig service ved morgenmaden. Jeg prøvede også restaurant Heritage 1 aften. OK forret men ellers var det ikke særlig godt og samtidig dyrt sammenlignet med restauranterne i Hermanus.

Beautiful views over the bay and a comfortable room. We really enjoyed the attention to drinking glasses - great quality! The Staff were super friendly and efficient.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. We were super advised on our travel planning. Lee-Ann was very caring and gave us the best tips. We booked two excursions based on their experience. Through her contacts, she was also able to organize the places for us at short notice. We felt very well taken care of with her.
