The staff was excellent and the area around the property was incredibly safe. Great food and shopping all around the hotel. Breakfast was delicious as well. 5 stars!

Great location but if you have a vehicle you need to park off site. Clean rooms and accommodating staff. The design is modern but still romantic boutique feel. There are plenty of shops and places to eat right below the hotel.

We loved this hotel! Would come back in a heartbeat! We stayed prior to a cruise and Valentina was so helpful. We were able to book airport pickup and transportation to and from the Cruise port with ease. Messaging Valentina through the Expedia platform was easy! We also got a fixed rate on transportation due to their work with a particular company! Everything was amazing we stayed one night and it’s all we needed to know this place is the place to stay. So close to the trevi and everything is walkable!

The staff was great they helped me I came in very early and I was able to check in a little bit earlier, they were able to get my room ready a little bit before check in. Great staff great breakfast, super great location

Friendly staff , great breakfast , beautiful clean rooms and great location.

Everting went good and met our needs but nothing spectacular. The rooms could use a little work but nothing crazy. There was a stain on one of our decorative pillows that was a little off putting. Staff was excellent and so helpful.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Super tolles Frühstück. Tolles Personal. Super Lage. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

No elevator

La propiedad muy bien la bubicacion muy buena pero si lo que buscas en tus vacaciones es tranquilidad esta no es tu opción hay muchos locales restaurantes y por la noche toda la noche mucho ruido mucho toda la madrugada por la gente de los locales recojiendo limpiando el camion de basura estu decisión

Place is great! Super close to everything definitely a touristy place and about 1 min walk from the Trevi fountain. Multiple restaurants and gelato steps away. Room was really nice and could not hear noise from busy area. Also service was incredible! Thanks again will definitely visit again :)

Very charming! The location is the absolute best!! The staff were very accommodating and extremely helpful. The smaller basic room is great gif one but very tight for two… go for the slightly bigger room or suite. We loved it!! No elevator and lots of steps but the location is worth it.

Room pictures are really deceiptful. Rooms do not seem clean, dirty walls and stained sofas. Room is much smaller that it appears to be on pictures, even though it was a "superior" room. No notice that there was NO ELEVATOR. Travelling with a senior presented a challenge. Staff was very friendly, but overall stay was not confortable at all.

This was the perfect spot for our trip to Rome. The hotel was spotless, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the location was amazing. It felt like our own oasis hidden back behind the restaurant.. Sites and dining were all so close, I couldn't imagine a better spot to stay in Rome.

The location is the only good thing, staff was HORRIBLE!!! So rude since we came in. You can walk to most iconic monuments tho. Lost of stairs and is kinda of a maize to get to your room. Bathroom in room and overall clean. Just for the staff being this terrible tho I couldn’t stay here again.

Excelente ubicación a sólo unos pasos de la fuente de Trevi. Una calle con mucha gente, pero si puede entrar el taxi a dejarte siempre y cuando no haya tantos peatones. La habitación cómoda pero un poco pequeña y hay escaleras para entrar a la recepción y para las habitaciones. Es complicado si cargas maletas grandes

Thank you staff of the Trevi! Our room was cleaned, new towels and refreshed daily. Breakfast was fabulous. Front desk staff so helpful! Airport departure seemless. We stay twice here and loved every minute of our stay in Rome!
