We stayed at the Benerhoff in July and loved it — clean room, comfortable beds, excellent friendly staff and just down from the Grindelwald train stop. Your balcony faces the mountains; stunning views. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast served.

Clean room and upkeep. The whole staff was freindly. Great location near the train station and Coop store. Great views of the Alps and local mountains.

お湯、レンジ等の用意があり、自分で持っていったご飯が食べやすかった。朝食にサーモンがあったのが良かった

It was very warm and comfortable the bed was comfortable clean quiet hot water came on instantly it was very close to the train station and restaurants the breakfast was beautiful every morning and everybody was polite

コネクティングルーム仕様の部屋をアサインされたが仕切りのドアが施錠されておらず、夜中に隣の宿泊客が突然部屋に入ってきた。 ホテルに説明を求めたところ鍵を閉め忘れたとのこと。ろくな謝罪もなく大変残念ながら経験だった。
