O banheiro era muito pequeno e estava sujo. O ar condicionado não esquentou o quarto. Noite gelada. Jamais diria que é um hotel 5 estrelas.

Das gesamte Hotel war stimmig, angefangen von der Rezeption über den Chauffeur bis zur korrekten Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder !

Beautiful location

Quartos limpos, confortáveis. Vista fantástica. Carregamento elétrico para carros. Boa comunicação na recepção. Apenas a água da piscina do SPA não estava muito quente.

Unterbringung hervorragend. Zufahrt mit dem Auto schwierig und dauert zum Teil sehr lange, da das Tor nur geöffnet werden kann, wenn die Telefonleitung nicht besetzt ist. An der Reception hat es sehr gute, aber auch eine sehr einfallslose Person. Bei der Frage, ob wir im Restaurant einen Tisch haben könnten, sagte sie einfach, das Restaurant sei voll besetzt. Erwartet wurden von uns allfällige Alternativen, z.B. sollen wir Euch Essen in die Suite bringen, oder können wir sinstwo für Sie reservieren o.ä. Zusammenfassung: tolles Hotel an toller Lage und einen Besuch im Golf d‘Annecy lohnt sich (mit voiturette, ausser man sei sehr gut zu Fuss).

Amazing view and beautiful hotel with a nice fine dining restaurant

Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long queue as it was understaffed and several people had issues with the high deposits

This property is very expensive and definitely NOT worth the money. Staff unhelpful and dismissive. No transport provided to the pool and lake so impossible for anyone with limited hiking ability up and down the many flights of stairs to reach the facilities. The restaurant was expensive with a very limited menu and no bistro or cheaper options to choose from. Without transport you would be trapped here. The only positive was the maître dit in the restaurant who did try to be helpful. The only one who was. Would never use this hotel again.

Tout était parfait, site , architecture, décoration, personnel attentionné, super service également pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes à un niveau rarement rencontré !

The property is beautiful and romantic, The remodeling could have been done to better serve the guests. The restaurant reception staff are inattentive and unavailable!

Séjour parfait pour la ST Valentin

Un hôtel plein de charme, idéal pour une escapade loin de l’agitation urbaine et parfait pour une véritable déconnexion. La chambre avec vue sur le lac transforme totalement l’expérience (je la recommande vivement). Le spa est excellent, avec une particularité : il faut descendre à pied depuis l’hôtel pour y accéder, ce qui ajoute une touche d’originalité. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant et bien fourni. Mention spéciale au personnel, attentionné et chaleureux, qui contribue grandement à rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Seul petit bémol : la chambre mériterait un léger rafraîchissement.

Un très bel hôtel, décoré avec goût, personnel gentil et très serviable, excellent petit déjeuner. Très très bon rapport qualité prix
