This is a wonderful large hotel, with great pool and lakeside lounge chairs! Very helpful when arriving and departing. Close enough to town by car. Primarily to stay there. One odd complaint (not to take a star away): we had to request and iron and ironing board twice; they brought one but took it away within an hour... it was a major request for something understood as trivial in most hotels with so many starts... Thanks.

Emplacement de rêve avec plage privée, la vue est à couper le souffle, et le spa est superbe. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont délicieux. Le staff est très gentil, serviable et attentionné. C’est un sans faute, je reviendrai !

Accueil décevant à l'arrivée, Nous n'avons vu personne au pied de l'hotel que nous ne connaissions pas et manque d'information sur l'accueil au niveau 1. De même sur l'espace piscine et plage, aucun personnel pour nous remettre une serviette de plage. RAS pour le reste du séjour.

For a 5star hotel as they keep promoting, this was an beyond standard experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left. To start with the check in there was a queue of 9 couples checking in with only 1 person to check guest in. No information about facilities, breakfast etc. We meet outside the hotel with friends and got told that lucky if could get back in after 21.00? The room was not very clean and simple, nothing 5star about it. Use their spa/swimming pool the morning after and the hamman smelled like sour socks/baby poop. The views and placement of the hotel was beautiful and very pretty i have to say.

Bad I consider it scam and not helpful staff quite rude too

O banheiro era muito pequeno e estava sujo. O ar condicionado não esquentou o quarto. Noite gelada. Jamais diria que é um hotel 5 estrelas.

Das gesamte Hotel war stimmig, angefangen von der Rezeption über den Chauffeur bis zur korrekten Bedienung. Wir kommen wieder !

Beautiful location

Quartos limpos, confortáveis. Vista fantástica. Carregamento elétrico para carros. Boa comunicação na recepção. Apenas a água da piscina do SPA não estava muito quente.

Unterbringung hervorragend. Zufahrt mit dem Auto schwierig und dauert zum Teil sehr lange, da das Tor nur geöffnet werden kann, wenn die Telefonleitung nicht besetzt ist. An der Reception hat es sehr gute, aber auch eine sehr einfallslose Person. Bei der Frage, ob wir im Restaurant einen Tisch haben könnten, sagte sie einfach, das Restaurant sei voll besetzt. Erwartet wurden von uns allfällige Alternativen, z.B. sollen wir Euch Essen in die Suite bringen, oder können wir sinstwo für Sie reservieren o.ä. Zusammenfassung: tolles Hotel an toller Lage und einen Besuch im Golf d‘Annecy lohnt sich (mit voiturette, ausser man sei sehr gut zu Fuss).
