First time in Tenerife for 3 weeks and, this was our second residence in the South(Golfe del Sur). Super friendly staff at the reception Juan J. and Maria also David at the swimming pool area making sure both adults and children are having a fantastic experience. The whole experience was just perfect, we were fortunate to have a Vila with a terrace facing the airport and that was the winning ticket for my son who's an aviation lover. The vila was spacious and fully equipped, the whole resort felt like being in a small village, quiet and peaceful and, we loved it. The resort is easy to travel to and from the airport and attractions nearby by public transports. That feeling of being by the pool, seeing the children enjoying themselves while watching the plane pass by had no price!!! Yes, we've now added The Royal Tenerife Country Club onto our top places list to stay and we're definitely coming back soon!!

We had an excellent family holiday here. Very clean & tidy and nice and quiet. Maybe a bit too quiet for some families with kids, but we all enjoyed it. The only negative was that they charge extra for pool towels which i didn't agree with. But on the whole, I'd happily return here again.

Overall this stay was quite good. The hotel room was in a really nice condition with two bathrooms, a nice balcony and a kitchen which was really handy. There was also one bedroom that could fit three people and a comfy sofa bed. However, the downside to this hotel is that you have to pay for anything extra. For example, extra towels are an additional 2 euros each, late checkout is 10 euros per hour and the hotel website doesn't mention it is 6 euros per hour/per person to use the facilities like the gym and spa. There is no inclusive dining service, but there is a small restaurant, located in the middle of the pool. There is also a minimart next to the hotel that has all the essentials like water, cereal, condiments etc.

Did not communicate pool closure - apologetic but no communication prior to trip. We would have changed hotels if we had been informed prior to trip. Apparently this comes under their ‘maintenance policy’ so do be aware not all dates are listed on the hotel website or the hotels.com page - ours was not! Personally wouldn’t risk booking this hotel as it seems their pool might be closed at any point in the year with this ‘maintenance’ policy. Very noise building works going on near reception too! AVOID

Excellent stay, property apartments and surrounding areas a bit dated (90s decor) but overal a very relaxing resort.

The stay was great, the location if your not a golfer is not the best, though the site is beautiful and very relaxing if you want to relax. But you definitely need to rent a car while you stay there.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Küchenmöbel sind schon recht abgenutzt, aber es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Die Nähe zum Flughafen merkt man je nach dem wie der Landeanflug gerade ist. Da es aber nachts ruhig ist stört es nicht sehr. Auto ist zu empfehlen, deshalb eigentlich ärgerlich, dass der Parkplatz mit 7€ pro Tag extra hinzukommt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Very clean and nice property. Great communication voa whatsapp and close to San.Blas with lots of restaurants and bars. Can be a bit noisy with airport nearby but didnt bother us much tbh. Went in Dec, the smallest of the 3 pools was warm and it got too crowded. The bigger pools were empty, if they were warm people would have enjoyed the facilities better

Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen . Für mich genau das richtige .Hatte eine wirklich schönen Zeit in der schönen ,großen Wohnung. Danke noch mal dafür.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here from check-in to check-out. Only stayed 4 nights but will return. Overlooking the golf course, lovely views. A 15-20 minute walk to San Blas restaurants but kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal.

A notre arrivée dans l’appartement il y avait des énormes cafards dans la cuisine, le salon et dans la chambre de notre bébé… une horreur ! Le personnel n’est pas aimable du tout, il nous ont demandé de payer 150€ pour rester 4h de plus dans l’appartement car notre vol avait était décalé, alors qu’ils ont plein de chambres disponibles. Pour couronner le tout, la piscine des enfants est chauffée à 29 degrés mais celle ci est strictement interdite aux enfants de moins de 4 ans qui doivent aller dans le bassin à côté à 18 degrés… une honte ! Sachant que le bassin était vide.. Le parking est en supplément en en plus il se situe complètement à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. L’aéroport étant à côté, Les avions passent juste au dessus de l’hôtel.. toutes les 5min !! Impossible de se relaxer avec le bruit permanent.

Goed en mooi hotel alleen de badkamers zijn wat gedateerd.

Saubere und perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Gerne wieder.
