Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof.

Servicio excelente, sólo la habitación estaba helada el primer día y no se pudo hacer nada al respecto así que esa noche dormimos con mucho frío pues afuera estaba a -3°C, algo preopcupante pues viajamos con una bebé de 3 meses.

Centrally located hotel with a view of the station, convenient for visiting Lindau. The hotel is dated and has carpeting on the floors, which I find unhygienic. The price paid was too high for the type of accommodation.

I have heard that some rooms are noisy since it’s next to train station. Our room was quiet and no noise even with the windows open. There is no air con in rooms but they give you a fan. There’s not much other amenities but we didn’t mind. Staff was very helpful and gave us a map around the place with marked spots to visit. Good experience!

Lovely 2 night stay in Lindau. The hotel was perfectly located. Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was very nice. Room allocated was a good size for a single occupant.

Is a nice hotel located just outside the traditional train station. The area of all the town is nice and safe, so despite being so close to the train station, the street is safe, clean, silent at night and super close to the lake port. The lady at the reception was super kind with us, she recommended things and was an expert in the area. The hotel is well maintained, clean and comfortable. Is not a luxury hotel, but is a good quality one. The breakfast is simple, mainly bread, crudités , ham and cheese. I think quite poor for a brunch, so I recommend going to have breakfast to other place around if you want a brunch. But if you want something fast might be ok. We visited on Christmas Market period, in December, and is amazingly located just in the corner where the Christmas market begins, was super convenient location, as you are close but not inside with all people. One final tip, we went the last days before Christmas, and learn that our last day was also the last day of the Christmas Market. The Christmas Market las day is December 22nd, so plan well. The Christmas Market is one of the hidden jewels of Germany is super nice.

사전 설명에는 주차가 가능하다고 들었는데 주차공간이 없다고 하며 시에서 운영하는 1킬로미터 떨어진 주차장으로 가라고 하고 주차요금에 대해서 물어봐도 모른다고 하는 불친절을 보임(주차요금 따로 부담) 적어도 미안하다는 말이나 사전 안내는 해줘야 하는게 아닌가 싶음. 룸안에 무료 생수도 없었고 1층 내려가서 필요하면 가져다 먹으라는 안내문만 있었음. 주말인 거 감안해도 호텔숙박료에 비해 너무 형편없는 서비스임. 린다우를 다시 갈 것같지도 않지만 이용도 안할 것임
