Not a place I would recommend

Do not stay here!!! The room I was in as well as my other family members rooms were so dank and dirty! The carpeting smelled and was stained. The bathtub clearly had not been cleaned nor the bathroom floor. The smell in the lobby was overwhelmingly bad. The elevator had a sticky floor and also smelled badly. The exterior of the building was unkempt. The pool had a sign on the door saying closed by the South Carolina department of health however we were told it was open to swim from 5 to 10 pm! That was very disappointing since one of the reasons we choose this hotel was because it had a pool. The breakfast was okay. I did have clean towels but overall it was a very depressing stay especially since I was there for 5 nights. Staff for the most part are helpful. Oh and I forgot to mention I had constant issues with my room key card not working. I was told it was because I had put it next to my phone but that was not the case - my room door looked like it had been kicked or pushed in and repaired. Bottom line not worth any money to stay here.

The pool was closed by the city and I purposely picked this hotel for the indoor pool.

The building and rooms were clean and felt safe. While we did run into problems with our access cards, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Really nice room with comfortable beds. We did experience some loud noises but overall the stay was nice.

The facility is updated, but it appears that the hotel might have a government contract, as there were many shifty people staying there. Breakfast was fine, staff good, just scratching guests.

Great customer service and staff members was Down to earth breakfast was ok they should offer boil eggs tho

Stayed for my husbands graduation at fort Jackson. Very convenient, but DIRTY! We found a cockroach in the bathroom and to fix the issue they moved us a door over…. It was around midnight and we were exhausted so I didn’t put up the fight, but I barely slept with how disgusting it felt. Just stay away. I actually feel bad for the employees. They seem to care but they have nothing to work with. I also had to have someone open our door each time to let us in because our key card wouldn’t work. Worst stay of my life.

Price is affordable. Pool was out of service the whole time. Breakfast options minimal and not good customer service when you have to ask for assistance. Manager has refused to return my calls after multiple attempts regarding my unpleasant stay.

Ease of checkin. Spacious king room.
