Et hyggeligt hotel men kunne godt trænge til en opdatering man kan godt se det har været i gang i mange år morgenmad personalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlig og gjorde en stor indsats for man fik lige det man manglede, morgenmaden var fin og havde en god bredde med mange forskellige gode ting, værelserne trænger til en opdatering de er lidt slidte.

The staff here were so attentive to their customers. I highly recommend this hotel.

The receptionist was so sweet and gave really good recommendations to sightseeing and good. However, the facilities at the hotel is not 4 star. It was not possible to make hot tea in the room. In stead you had to pay 6 EUR for hot water and some tea bags.

This property was, overall, really nice! The pool was wonderful, especially in the heat wave, and the free breakfast was a nice option to have. Staff was wonderful, and the location is very walkable. The biggest complaint is that the bed was hard as a rock! And the sheets were very starchy and stiff. We had to ask someone for a mattress topper, which they somehow remedied, but were a bit shocked.

If you are Menopausal and having hot flashes during a heatwave, I recommend going up the street to Grand Hotel Malta, which is what we had to do. The air conditioning was a fan. Not cooling at all. However, if I didn’t have hot flashes in a heatwave, this hotel is so charming and eclectic, with a beautiful pool and friendly staff.

Old and not very well renovated hotel. Especially rooms and pool area needs to be fixed up to standard. Pool area seems dirty Staff are 👍 and the terrace is nice and cozy in the evenings

L' Accoglienza dell' Hotel è stata così gentile che, senza che ci fosse alcuna richiesta da parte di mia moglie o mia, ci ha riservato la migliore camera, la n. 401. Direi una vera e propria suite. Ovviamente abbiamo ringraziato e promesso che nei nostri prossimi passaggi a Montecatini Terme saremo sempre ospiti dell' Hotel. Anche, naturalente, senza sperare che la camera a disposizione sia la 401. Grazie ancora e saluti

Everything about our stay was lovely, the hotel, the room, the staff, the food, the ambiance…..

Excellent service and experience but the rooms are small

We stayed three nights. The room was fabulous, and the staff at the front desk very helpful in suggestions for how to spend our days. The breakfast was very generous and David makes a lovely cappuccino.

Staff and service were excellent. Very nice breakfast included in rate. Would stay here again.

Très beau établissement , un seul bémol la vue de la chambre sur l’hôtel d’à côté en perdition avec piscine vide et végétaux à la dérive.

The hotel is a traditional one and has been maintained to a great standard . Great care in retaining old architecture and to a very high standard. Service was really good and helpful with places to see and restaurants to visit.

Pulizia eccellente, camere comode e spaziose, esperienza ottima.

We were staying at the hotel as we fitted out our new apartment. After 7 days at the Francia e Quirinale, my wife and I did not want to leave. The hotel is beautiful, with elegant public rooms and updated but still elegant rooms. All amenities were spotless. The staff were always friendly, greeting us with smiles and offers of service. The dining room service was impeccable. And the barman, Roberto, treats everyone like family. The special attention and extra mile of service never needs to be requested, it's always spontaneous.

Receptionist on our arrival and last night of our stay, was excellent, and so was the night manager, both friendly and helpful. The young lady in the restaurant, for breakfast, and lunch, was very pleasant and helpful, she always went out of her way to help us. If I was to come back to this area, I would definitely stay at this hotel.
