This property was very large and luxurious. Everything was amazing and the service was incredible. However, only 4 stars because the food is not so great. The breakfast was amazing but only a couple of the restaurants on the property were just okay/good. Another thing is the people on the beach constantly trying to sell you stuff while you relax on the beach. Other than those two things everything was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back but maybe go out to eat locally next time to truly taste Dominican food and eat good.

Espectacularrrr!!! En familia, la pasamos superrr!!! Esperamos volver muy pronto!!! Lo unico incomodo fue que la cordinadora no trajo los bizcocho que le pedimos, pero de lo demas bien.

Food less than average. Employees act awkward. Very nice room

It was terrible experience. Our room filled with mosquitos. Staff asked us to change the room in at 1am. In the Midnight.

My family and I had a bad experience at one of the restaurants on day 1 of a 6 day trip. We were not treated well.

No instructions on checkout, our concierge guy was not helpful at all he said he would WhatsApp us and never did. I’m pregnant and kept having to run back and forth to the lobby to make sure things were booked for dinner, transportation etc. We joined the membership but as members now the quality was Not Good. We asked for bell service to take our luggage. Guy never showed up. Our rooms were never cleaned. We kept having to call and ask for them to come. Very disappointed.

Everything was all ok point! 👌. Staff. Food. Entertainment. Drinks. Restaurants. Pools. Beach! Was magnificent! Will give it a 10 and will plan to go again next year! Love it here!!
