Hôtel tout confort et idéalement situé. Personnel accueillant et petit-déjeuner délicieux, chambre impeccable. Sauna et piscine agréable. Point à améliorer : les vestiaires de l'espace détente, certains viennent en chaussures et salissent les lieux.

A wonderful, centrally-located place to stay. Staff were super friendly. Room was well-appointed with practically everything you could need. Our room cleaner was very sweet and made sure we were happy with the state of our room at all times. Would highly recommend.

Ar condicionado nao funcionou adequadamente 2 dias. Sinal da Wi fi nào é bom. Faltou internet uma noite toda até quase meio dia seguinte. Carpetes gastos e sofá de assento afundado precisam ser trocados. Cama box desconfortável e não. Edredom curto. Comodidades úteis: ferro de passar, lava-roupa e secadora, cook top e frigobar. Recepção poderia ser mais solícita, salvo o gentil funcionário do restaurante. Faltou repor papel e sabão líquido de banho nos 2 últimos dias de hospedagem.

Just an excellent experience from the start to finish. Friendly staff, immaculate room, quiet, walking distance to many of the major areas of Berlin. Would stay again

I'm astounded. I've stayed in hotels around Europe for years, and NEVER had a hotel offer satellite/cable TV ONLY in their native language. Confusing to the hotel staff too, as they told me that I should at least get CNN & Sky News, but when they triesd to access it themsleves they then changed their story and said they were unavailable. They should perhaps advertise the hotel to German speaking visitors only. I specifically booked a suite, with 2 TV's so that my partner could watch TV whilst I was working. A complete waste of money. I would have booked elsewhere if I'd known. Perhaps the hotel needs to decide if it is in the luxury end of the market, although to be honest I have stayed in budget hotels around Europe and even they provide better facilities. Very disappointed.

Felt like home. Furnitures, appliances, ambiance. Everything we needed. Absolutely amazing hotel.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. WiFi was fast and consistent. Breakfast had a good variety of breads, meats, cheeses, and toppings. The front staff were really helpful in answering questions. The location is within walking distance of many attractions.

Very nice and helpful staff, especially at the reception and during breakfast. Fantastic breakfast with a great choice and excellent quality. Drinks (coffee, juice, water, etc.) are served at the table or available for self-service. Omelettes and pancakes can be ordered at the counter and are freshly served at the table. The location is very good: close to the central station and right on the edge of the downtown area. The swimming pool and gym are also nice. There are separate male and female saunas (the male sauna was unfortunately out of order during our stay). Room for improvement: The room cleaning schedule extends quite late (until around 5 pm). During our 3-night stay, the room was never cleaned because when we returned in the afternoon to rest, it still hadn’t been serviced.
