The staff were so amazing. So friendly and caring. The room was spectacular and perfect for my family. I will definitely be coming back again.

It was awful. The room they put us in had an awful smell in in and I found out that there was a huge vomit in the corner that was not cleaned up. It was soaked into the dark carpet and splashed all over the wall. Absolutely disgusting. They did switch our rooms once I complained. Terrible experience. And then the hotel and management did nothing about it. I would not recommend this hotel. Not worth it. Find a better hotel.

Everything was lovely and the staff were great.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, I found it to be even better. The cleanliness and overall organization were excellent and really stood out. The spray park was a very special and fun feature for my two daughters—they absolutely loved it! Breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Everything is great, only area for more attention is the pool. Pool towels were relatively empty and the chlorine was a but strong but other that fantastic.

Easy parking, great breakfast included and clean hotel

The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and seemed very new! The bed was the perfect firmness and softness. The water pressure in my suite was quite low but as soon as it was communicated via email (as they checked in), Ashkat called within 2 mins, and proposed that they check it out. They are very quick to address any concerns which I appreciated! I stayed two nights and the breakfast had scrambled eggs with bacon one day and with pork sausages the next. Other breakfast items included an assortment of bagels, fresh waffles, cereal bar, yogurt, fruits, etc. It was a nice spread. Parking is ample. I did notice though that Ashkat, the front desk, was usually alone in the evening hours and was managing multiple phone lines and a constant flow of people checking in. He was extremely apologetic, speedy and accurate and incredibly friendly. It would be nice to monitor peak times to ensure sufficient support for the employees.

We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, and I can honestly say this one tops the list for service, comfort, and overall quality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond. Someone even called us every day to make sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel a bit like VIPs. The amenities were fantastic, including a pool, hot tub, and an indoor water park. The gym was also well equipped and had everything you could hope for. The location has eveything you need for shopping and dining within walking distance. Breakfast was a highlight all on its own, with a great spread of bagels, English muffins, waffles, eggs, cereals, fruit juices, coffee, and a yogurt bar with toppings. They even kept things exciting by alternating between sausages and bacon, because variety matters. The rooms were spotless, the beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the space was generous enough that no one felt cramped. Overall, it was a stay that made relaxing very easy. A special shout‑out to Sukrit at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and a pleasure to chat with, as well as Pete from the cleaning staff. The kitchen team also deserves praise, always smiling and genuinely welcoming. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
