처음 들어간 방의 서랍 뒤에서 벌레가 나왔으며 창문 잠금 장치 고장으로 보안이 염려되어 방을 변경하였습니다. 호텔 침대 매트리스는 너무 오래되었는지 쿠션감 하나 없이 딱딱합니다. 윗방인지 옆방의 변기 물 내리는 소리가 크게 잘 들리고 방음이 되지 않습니다. 일정을 마치고 돌아온 방의 화장실 세면대에 요청하지도 않은 어메니티를 던지듯 뿌려놓고 간 것이 가장 기억에 남습니다. 좋은 점이라곤 조식이 제공된다는 점과 광장과 가깝다는 것입니다.

Hotel met mooi uitzicht,als je zeezicht hebt. Bij andere kamers heb je een 1 persoonsbalkon, en uitzicht op straat/oude huizen. De kamers zijn netjes wel wat gedateerd, Badkamer vooral. Bedden liggen goed.Elke dag schoonmaak en goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Je bent met 200 meter in de stad. Pizzaria op 50 meter naast het hotel super aardig personeel.

Checked in quick, room was clean and spacious. The rooftop pool was awesome with amazing views. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the near future.

Great location, clean room and friendly staff. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable and you can hear everything outside.

Staff was incredibly friendly and supportive; the hotel is an amazing location, close to amenities and pickup locations for tour buses. The breakfast served in the morning has a fantastic range of options, suitable for all kinds of dietary preferences. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Excellent location in the middle of town, close to restaurants, marina, shopping and taxi station. We had a nice, large balcony facing a smaller street and mountains. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.The rooftopbar/restaurantwith a great sea view is very windy and therefore probably too cold water in the pool despite 30 C in the air early September. The furniture and interior in whole needs updating.

My room was small and drab but very clean and satisfactory for my needs. The public areas, greeting area, dining room, pool etc. are quite nice. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. Location is excellent for shopping and even a swim in the sea. Take your swim shoes because the bottom is rocky but the water is crystal clear.

The info said parkering was available, but this was not the case. Late at night, we had to drive around for a very long time and far from the hotel to park. Horrible experience! Exhausted, angry and felt unsafe. The room given had the main power shutting off every other minute. So, no AC and hitting furniture when moving about. We were not believed at first, but first when it occured when staff was present. We requested a rebate, no managing staff was available and none ever contacted us the next day as promised. VERY disappointed with the whole experience. This was the hotel that I had highest hopes for from the ad. I was not prepared for the worn out feeling, especially in the bathrooms.

Some of The staff need to learn manners and not be so rude. One of them probably needs to find a new career.

The pictures that the hotel has uploaded are heavily edited and also do not match the real condition and look of the room. The hotel bathrooms and rooms are much older than they appear online. In addition to this, the rooms booked were not clean. This was the biggest disappointment and completely unacceptable. There is rust in the bathtub as well. The hotel did not want to provide refunds, however after much discussion at the front desk and an email to the manager we are now expecting a full refund for our rooms. Inconveniently, we also had to find another last minute nearby booking for our trip. The Expedia Team was great for support. The hotel however was a very disappointing experience and we don’t recommend this stay.

The hotel was very good, in a wonderful position in the center of Zachintos, clean and with a good view from the balcony. The pool was ok. The only negative aspect was that the check-in staff was quite rude towards us, probably because we were young, and treated us with superficiality.

Very nice property with lovely pool at the rooftop, and amazing view from the top. We stayed in double bedroom and the hotel gave us extra foldable bed for our son (free of charge). We had a tiny balcony but at least could dry off our clothes. The room comes with nice breakfast (coffee machine &nice variety of food, eggs, vegetables, yoghurt, honey, feta cheese, cakes, pastry; could be nice to have more fruits as there were only watermelon& melon). Staff is very friendly& helpful, both in housekeeping department and at the reception. They helped us organise rented car at good price. Thank you Strada Marina Team ❤️🇬🇷🤩

Except internet connection everything is fine including a decent breakfast options and the pool on terrace.

Great location, helpful and friendly staff. The bathrooms could use updating and the bathroom floor didn’t seem to have been mopped for a while. Apart from that it was great. I think it’s the best hotel breakfast that we’ve had, there could be more vegan options. I bought vegan milk from a local supermarket and kept it in the room fridge for breakfast each day. Was a joy to walk on the reception door into the air con! The rooftop pool was very small, and no space for us so we were unable to use it for the 5 days we were there. Great views from the roof terrace. Shower situation could be updated.
