The hotel was lovely and staff are so welcoming

We had a bag of jewellery taken by cleaning staff. Hotel staff not interested and nothing done night before our early check out heading to airport

Some of the receptionist where ve4y helpful. The hotel is confused its not a buisness hotel as the WiFi in my room kept crashing. The leisure part the pool is tiny and there was no bar

The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings. The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel

Cómo siempre, buena experiencia, sabiendo que no está muy bien localizado, es una parte, verdaderamente fea de la ciudad...

Me he alojado muchas veces en este hotel y nunca me habian dado una habitación tan pequeña, con la cama que hacía ruido solo de sentarse y un olor a cañerías en el WC.

El hotel es excelente, la cama estupenda. La ubicación regular. No está lejos del centro pero es una zona bastante industrial

I booked the hotel assuming it had a swimming pool. It does, but it was closed during my visit. The staff was very friendly and allowed me an earlier departure for that reason.

Walkable distance to centre, underground parking.

Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price.
