L'espace aquatique et l'hygiène : C'est le point noir du séjour. Le parc aquatique semble laissé à l'abandon. Propreté alarmante : Seules deux piscines étaient correctement nettoyées. Dans toutes les autres, l'eau n'était ni chauffée, ni entretenue, avec une quantité énorme d'insectes et de guêpes mortes flottant à la surface. L'aquapark : La "rivière" n'est qu'une simple piscine statique (pas de courant ni de bouées). Les toboggans et jeux pour enfants sont vétustes. Restauration et Kids Club : Invasion d'insectes : Bien que les repas soient corrects, l'expérience est gâchée par une présence massive de guêpes, même à l'intérieur du restaurant, sans aucune gestion de la part de l'hôtel. Enfants : Le Kids Club est très décevant. Entre les horaires très limités et le peu d'activités proposées, les enfants s'ennuient vite.L'espace aquatique et l'hygiène : C'est le point noir du séjour. Il n'y a qu'un seul bloc sanitaire à l'extérieur (à plus de 5 minutes de marche) et un autre dans le hall d'accueil (très froid car climatisé). Comme ils sont situés beaucoup trop loin des piscines, la conséquence beaucoup d'enfants font leurs besoins dans les bassins. Conclusion : L'esthétique du hall et la taille des chambres ne suffisent pas à compenser le manque de rigueur sur l'entretien et l'hygiène des espaces communs. Très décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Bel établissement, l’aquapark était top pour les enfants. Chambre spacieuse pour 4 + 1 bébé La nourriture était vraiment bonne (peut mieux faire sur les desserts) Les deux restaurant en supplément étaient bons Le service de toute l’équipe était au top!

L’hôtel en lui même est bien , l’environnement est actuellement beaucoup en construction

Een heel leuk verblijf gehad met de kinderen. Het eten was lekker en het personeel is erg vriendelijk zeker in het restaurant. Daarnaast vonden we het er ook erg schoon. Het animatieteam was ook erg leuk en er waren genoeg activiteiten voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is het aquapark. De ene dag mocht mijn zoon wel van de glijbanen en de andere dag mocht het niet. Veel te veel overbodige regels en we voelden ons niet vrij om te zwemmen.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mes filles. Personnel sympathique serviable et servant, restaurant correct, piscine et Aqua Park parfait pour les enfants, chambre propre et wifi correct. Le prix est à peu près justifié pour Marrakech. Seul bémol j'avais réservé une chambre double standard avec Balcon, j'ai eu une chambre familiale sans balcon, aucun effort de la réception pour régler le problème. Très bien dans l'ensemble

The staff and food were wonderful. We had a ton of fun at the water park and it was a wonderful way to start our trip.

Great hotel and really want to come back. Heated pool was brilliant, only issue it’s not very big and full of kids and I did come out smelling funky compared to coming out of the other pools I suspect lots of little kids may be peeing in the pool? Room was good, brilliant to have 2 sinks a bath and a shower and a separate toilet, toilet has a bidet but would be better to have a proper bum washer (Muslim shower) instead had all amenities needed, cleaning was good but basic. Balcony is a small one but good. Buffet is delicious something for everyone, but repetitive, lots of taglines and salads, always a pizza bar, wok station, pasta station. BBQ was great. Restaurants. Moroccan one brilliant and delicious and authentic tasting with brilliant service, don’t bother with the Asian one starters were good but the mains tasted like ready meals. Aqua park. Brilliant. I couldn’t see any showers which most Aqua parks have which is a shame. Lifeguards are everywhere but I did notice very often they were on their phones a lot, maybe because it was quiet when we went. Animation was good, we only discovered animation and party at the aqua park on the final night. This wasn’t advertised anywhere we just thought there was entertainment in the conference rooms. We did sleep early most nights though! Beautiful hotel, surroundings, trees, well maintained outdoor spaces and Riad style parts of the hotel. Stunning and luxurious feeling. Fantastic place for a family holiday!

Room was lovely, spacious and worked well for our family of 5. The staff are exceptional and the food was varied and offered vegetarians and picky kids plenty to choose from. The less good….the pools are either freezing or way too warm. Our kids were pumped for the water park but we ended up hardly using it because the water was too cold. There’s one heated pool which is so warm it’s like a bath - on warm days the kids were overheating in it. The inside spaces below reception are tired and smelled of damp. A few of our days were impacted by bad weather so events like the mini disco were moved inside to spaces that were just not fit for purpose. Overall we did have a lovely holiday and enjoyed ourselves, but we wouldn’t return to this hotel if we came back to Marrakesh.

The pools are fantastic

The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful.

Honest review, family of 5 kids 10 and under. Family room. Room: Broken toilet seat, ants in room, housekeeping done twice in 5 days. After housekeeping, room smelt of damp mop. Phone broken, just didnt work. Lift is dangerous, door closes. The single beds were extremely uncomfortable especially for children. Only water provided and hardly any tea and coffee. Cleaners would clean the staires and corridals in late morning with no signage, child had slipped. Reception knew of issues, No resolution. Swimming pool : only kids swimming pool was warm the Adjacent aquapark pools were freezing, unable to use even at 30 degrees temperature. There were lots of insects in the pool.The indoor pool came with a cost of 150dh for each person. Gym: Good facility, clean lot's of equipments. All inclusive: Not all inclusive, I dont drink anyways however can drinks were not included. The mocktails were just kids juice with syrup. It was awful. Nothing spectacular. There were no snack bars unless you paid. Only set times available to eat. Nothing else close by to even buy snacks. There was always an extra cost even for ice cream. Le Fez restaurant: lovely food, 1 visit for stays over 3 days. Food was great, staff were lovely. La Torque: Waiter was lovely and attentive, food was good. Entertainment for kids: found nothing other than Mickey for 30 mins in the evening twice. Otherwise terrible nothing at all or not great for a resort that is 5*. I won't be returning unfortunately.

A lovely short break at the Eden Andalou Hotel - staff very friendly and always greeted by a smile - special call outs for bar staff Ali and James and entertainment Pidro, so much fun Accommodation and pool areas very clean Food was a mix of traditional Moroccan as well as salads, pasta, etc Hotel is about a 20 mins ride away from Marrakesh where the hotel offers a free shuttle Overall would recommend

We have never experienced such a disappointing stay at a 5-star hotel before. The hotel in no way lives up to the standard of a 5-star all-inclusive hotel. Firstly, the service at the restaurants is practically non-existent. No one comes to ask if you need anything or want something to drink. Only at the end of our 11-day stay did we meet two waiters, Abdelsalam and another colleague, who were actually friendly and attentive. Otherwise, there was generally zero service. The staff at the bar by the music area appear very negative, and when you approach it, it feels like you are a nuisance. One employee named Youssef in particular had a very negative impact on the experience. The toilets at the aquapark are beyond criticism – they are reminiscent of toilets from a summer festival, very dirty and often without paper. In the large aquapark area, there is only water and soda available, which you have to get yourself. There is no service where the staff offers anything. The plastic glasses that drinks are served in are very unhygienic. When you ask for a bottle of water, it is refused citing their rules. As a family with three children who have paid for all inclusive, you expect that basic things like ice cream for the children are included. This is not the case here - ice cream costs extra (around 50 dirhams per ice cream) which is completely unacceptable. It should be clearly stated on the hotel website what is included and what is not. During our stay it rained for two days
