Muy bueno

No hay ayuda con las maletas así me vieran sola con mi niño. No hubo ofrecimiento ni explicación alguna del servicio de restaurante y el baño de hongos hasta el infinito.

We enjoyed our stay at Hill House! It is a night life area so it can get a little loud at night but all in all very enjoyable.

Location wise it was great. Staff was not customer friendly. Hotel would charge $2.00 for small water bottle found in room. Extra hour past check-out hotel demanded extra payment. Most hotel fo not. We were two guests in one room reserved for 2 and hotel would charge for additional key. Very unpleasant stay.

Un lugar muy cerca de restaurantes y de la clínica Santa Fe , el hotel tiene lo básico; la habitación pequeña, el baño pequeño , desayuno, la atención del joven que atiende el desayuno es la mejor. Quienes atienden la recepción durante el día deben ser más amables

It definitely looked nicer on the pictures. It is a great location, but for some reason it gave me Motel vibes, and above all, THE BED WAS AWFUL! It felt like I would've been more comfortable sleeping on the floor, it was the most painful sleep I've ever had. There was also a sign inside the room saying that the hotel is not responsible for our things inside the room and to put anything of value inside the safe, however, you can't put laptops in there because it's small. Breakfast was truly bare minimum with just 3 cereals and milk. You can order fruit, pancakes, and eggs separately but it was very lacking of what breakfast options are in other hotels that are much better and are the same price. Overall, I wouldn't recommend or come back.
