• Alte Kiste, schlecht unterhalten, alles runtergewirtschaftet • Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität • Dusche mit Vorhang, geht gar nicht • Schöne Aussicht von Dachterasse (mit Pool) • Sehr ringhörig (vom Flur und von der Strasse, vor allem früh am Morgen) • Hotel eher für Kolumbianer/Einheimische • Langsames Internet, im Club de Playa gar kein WiFi • Trostloses Frühstücksbuffett.... • Vögel im Speisesaal, auf den Tischen geht gar nicht! • Sehr lauter Ventilator beim Frühstück • Personal eher unfreundlich, unmotiviert, desinteressiert • Jeden Tag mussten die Karten für das Zimmer neu aktiviert werden

My spouse and I visited this hotel for 6 days, and we must say that the staff are extremely wonderful! We felt at home from the moment we arrived until we left. The cleaning staff are amazing, and the girls from the market are lovely. I wish I would’ve gotten their names (especially the skinny girl with braces and the girl who showed us how to say BUJUJOS ) . Those girls made our mornings, Santorini is on the beach and the view beautiful, their Sky Bar had us feeling very nice. And if you like to do outside excursions this resort is close to most if not all . 10/10

Cuando lo ves por las redes se ve espectacular pero al llegar la habitación no se ve de lujo. Se ve barata. Me iba a quedar 3 noches y al segundo dia me mudé de hotel

Very clean and nice staff. Good food and drinks too. We loved watching the birds and sunsets from the rooftop skybar.

Stayed with my boyfriend for one week. Easily the best week of my life. They were extremely friendly, the food was amazing and they cleaned our room everyday unless requested not to. The area was relatively nice and the spa was amazing. My boyfriend speaks Spanish so he translated for me but other than that the staff was willing to use my phone to translate. Prices for the food and alcoholic drinks were fair and not outrageous. Staff was willing to accommodate a romantic dinner on the rooftop terrace (for an extra charge that was reasonable) and the experience was amazing. 10/10 would recommend. No complaints here.
