Ok place to stay. Not a typical European 4 star hotel, but OK to Italian norms. Awful mattress though.

Hotel is very outdated and looks runned down for the price you pay. Amenities like the pools and the gym are very basic and also reflect the lack of maintenance. We had dirty linens and blankets that had to be replaced. Staff however was very attentive to our requests but did not offer any compensation for the troubles we encountered. Probably will not return

Gammalt sliter hotell, ej något 4 stjärnigt hotell. Frukosten motsvarade inte vad som beskrivits, fylldes ej på i den takt som det tog slut. Varma pålägg, kändes som dom inte hade det kylt från början. Servitörerna/ servitriserna var verkligen inte trevliga, kändes som dom inte ville vara för, ej hjälpsamma alls. Dyrt hotell mot vad man fick tillbaka.

Very good hotel in great location, easy walk into town and other nearby restaurants in walking distance. Good base for wine area.

Dejligt hotel med hjælpsom personale. Sengene var til den for hårde side. Meget roligt hotel. Der er egen pool område, men også adgang til ekstra pool område og strand

personale gentilissimo, comode le piscine interne e notevole la possibilità per gli ospiti dell'hotel di poter entrare gratuitamente anche al Lido Sassabanek attiguo (bello ma affollato quindi abbiamo preferito rimanere in struttura), bellissimo il parco interno che è una vera oasi di pace e natura, buona la cena in mezza pensione, ottima la prima colazione, pronto intervento per riparazione porta finestra in stanza trovata rotta all'arrivo.

La struttura è molto moderna dotata di ogni servizio e comfort tra cui la piscina che è molto spaziosa e tranquilla. Camera belle, spaziose e pulite. Personale gentile. Ristorante con piatti eccellenti

Stort fint poolområde med tre pools, og perfekt gåafstand til Iseo. Super morgenmad og fine omgivelser.

Das Hotel hat sicher einmal bessere Zeiten erlebt. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und leider nicht besonders sauber – das war für uns der größte Minuspunkt. Die Einrichtung wirkt abgewohnt, das Bett mitsamt Matratze war eine Zumutung: weich, instabil und erinnerte eher an ein Trampolin. Vieles muss man selbst organisieren, was an sich kein Problem wäre, wenn der Komfort stimmen würde. Nach einer durchwachsenen Nacht hatten wir nicht mehr den Mut, das Frühstück vor Ort zu probieren, und sind stattdessen in die Stadt Iseo – dort war das Frühstück dann ein echter Lichtblick. Insgesamt enttäuschend und leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Nice Hotel with beautiful pool, 15 mins walk from Iseo- center

I had such a nice stay in IseoLago, I went on my own and all the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Especially the receptionist who helped me find alternative transport when the trains were on strike, and the one who told me it was a safe area to walk in as I was travelling on my own. The spa was so relaxing and the breakfast was lovely.
