My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excelente localização, permitindo o acesso a pé ao centrinho. Atendimento e café da manhã ótimos. Ficamos num grande apartamento, com terraço e uma jacuzzi.

Hotel is well appointed with fabulous views, excellent location and very friendly and helpfull staff. it was very tranquil during my stay.

The staff were friendly Sarah Touati, public relations did her job showing us the restaurant, bar, pool etc. She made us feel at home. And always approached us when we walk in the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel with excellent staff, service, and location just steps from Taormina’s main street. Only drawback: the tub/shower is very high and tricky to use, with no handrails for support.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Very walkable but far enough away from the main crowded street. The staff were excellent! They even helped us get a reservation that were struggling to get and brought hot water with lots of lemons and honey when my throat was bothering me. Breakfast was also a highlight!

Not on par with any NH property in my experience. This is substandard and very overpriced.

A few growing pains but the friendliness and service of the employees are what really make this place work. Location cannot be beat. And they have a steamer! It’s the little things that excite me ha.

El Hotel está bien ubicado , es un 3 estrellas no llega a un 4 estrellas Mala experiencia La puerta no cerraba bien el pestillo de afuera parecía cerrada ( había que golpear fuerte para que se cierre ) nos dimos cuenta cuando otro huésped se equivocó de habitación y entró en nuestra pieza al apoyar lllave y empujar la puerta entraron Y nos vio semi desnudos !! Una vergüenza!!!! La gerenta SRA SARAH , miente sobre el incidente diciendo que no ocurrió ( la puerta cerraba mal y fue constatado por el botones !!!) y solo nos compensaron no cobrándonos un gasto de 20 euros del minibar // Si fuera italiano le iniciaría una demanda por daños y atropello a la dignidad humana

O hotel é incrivel. Localizacão ótima perto do centro/bares/parte histórica de Taormina e do funicular para ir para a praia. Quartos espaçosos. Café da manhã delicioso. Piscina linda, assim como, o rooftop para um drink ocasional. O ponto alto da estadia é o staff que é todo muito solícito. ALBERTO é um enciclopédia da cidade e tem ótimas indicações para os passeios. SARAH é a rainha das reservas, falem com ela!
