The location is great close to the sea front and the lanes, it was just fine for us for a weekend break, basic but also reasonably priced.

Sehr schönes geräumiges gut ausgestattet Zimmer, sauber, gute Anbindungen, Strand auf zwei Minuten Fußweg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schöne lokalen in der Nähe.

Had a great stay, staff were very helpful. Room was lovely.

It’s unclean, bad smell , wouldn’t recommend anyone. Also no staff to help you.

Super clean and impressive decor.

I loved that the hotel was close to the lanes and the seafront, there are lots of places to eat nearby too! The owner was lovely and was nice that they had the pub next door too so I did pop by for a drink. Inside the hotel had what I needed like kettle, tea, coffee and hot chocolate and the only thing I can think of that would of made it would of if it had a mini fridge so I could store drinks etc inside. I had a wonderful time here with no problems at all and I would stay again.

Great stay here. Reception and check is in the pub next door. Could do with some secondary glazing to keep the noise down and some net curtains for added privacy.

Unfortunately Expedia's systems had failed to work correctly and although I had a confirmation number for the hotel and been debited for the cost, the hotel had no knowledge of my reservation, however they did manage to find a room and accommodate us.

Great B&B in a central location close to the beach, pier, bars and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming and served a lovely breakfast of your choice. The room was clean and comfortable with all the facilities required on hand. I would happily stay here again.

It’s a B & B, definitely not a hotel at all. Bar next door with crazy music on, room is very small and over-heated. Noisy shower room, wired noise through pipe all night.

Lovely hotel, breakfast was fab, room a bit small but bed was really comfortable. Bathroom was also compact but again well equipped. We stayed for 1 night and the price was very reasonable, I would definitely stay here again

Bra läge och prisvärt nära stranden och piren. Litet rum högst upp i huset. Ingen luftkonditionering, blev olidligt varmt trots bordsfläkt. Ok för en natt dock. Parkering något kvarter bort i 24 h för 10 pund. Mycket prisvärt. Fick god hjälp från killen på hotellet att hitta rätt. OBS! Receptionen bemannad enbart vissa tider.

very comfortable room with huge comfortable bed, complimentary drinks and chocolates and one of the best cooked breakfasts ever! Nice big hot shower. Perfect for a romantic getaway! Only problem was ground floor street facing room so rather noisy all through the nite with drunks going home!Also no parking

This friendly guesthouse is ideally situated close to the seafront and town centre; both in walking distance. The cleanliness of the relatively small, ikea inspired room was faultless with a very comfy bed. The humble decor and friendly, helpful service add to the guesthouse appeal as oppose to a hotel. I would definately use Kempfield House again.
