I can't give the hotel an good They charge for parking, it should be free

Great stay

Further out from the city but the overall price was worth the stay. . .the customer service from everyone at the hotel was phenomenal breakfast was good parki g was good as well. Only complaint is the condition of the hotel . . Ice machine's on all 4 floors were out of order. . Gym was decent elevators didnt work one day due to rain power issues. . Rooms need to be renovated paint in the rooms and bath tubs were worn had laundry room if you need to do laundry would recommend again

The location was off the beaten path so it was not a lot of foot traffic. It seems strange that they charge for parking. Especially considering that they have a huge parking lot. With more than enough parking spaces.

Liked the hotel. The only downside was paying for parking. But Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Not worth the time I wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel is easy to get to and a 20-30 min drive to NYC. There are a few food options close by and the breakfast was good, basic, but always stocked. They did not have a non-pork option each day, but eggs and toast sufficed. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and quiet area. The pool was ok, but so many people in there that it wasn’t for us. A good value for the two nights and vicinity to the areas we needed to go to.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was nice as well. There are ice machines on each floor and UNFORTUNATELY NONE OF THEM WERE WORKING during my stay.There is a 75$ per day deposit that is required when you check in which is not stated anywhere on the site. When I asked for house keeping I was told that I’m only able to get it every OTHER day . The hotel itself is nice but there were just some minor hiccups

They were stains on the Chase chair, the floor and the bed wa just covers thrown on on a rush. I kept my socks and shoes on at all times and used a beach towel to lay on in bed. This was absolutely gross. Ice machines on all levels were broke went down to the lobby where they filled the ice bucket halfway I could’ve stayed a much inferior hotel For much much less.

What I did not like was the fact that they are charging 15 dollars a day for parking. 😡

Clean, safe and friendly staff

Good hotel, quite, comfortable, and neat. Room service is every other day unless you request it, we did not get our rooms cleaned for all three days, when requested room clean, it was too late in the was the reply.

Very clean and comfortable!

I liked the ease and convenience. i didn't like the water pressure on the 4th floor. very challenging to shower.

Lovely owner, easy location to beach, extremely clean and comfy.

Nice hotel, nice room, easy access to a lot of places north of New York City. I would stay here again if I have to go to Yonkers again.

We usually love our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, this is 1 of our top hotel choices. Unfortunately this stay wasnt the greatest. Our room was filled with ants. Ants on the table, chair and bed. We couldn't eat on the table bc of the amount of ants. The room had a slight smell to it and we discovered when we got there there was a $15/per night charge for parking that we didn't know about and we just stayed there in February. Customer service was great as always, the quality of our stay I wish was better.
