Amazing stay amazing hotel

We have stayed here for 3 years during May half term since the hotel had a substantial refit, so we think it is a good hotel. However, on this occasion we felt the quality of the food had slipped a little in the restaurants and the buffet restaurant, and there was substantially more noise around the hotel with the kids club being practically 24/7 and with them pumping out amplified music which could be heard from our room for hours on end with the doors shut even when carrying out what should be calm quiet tasks like painting. We also haf a maintenance issue with our door which had clearly been patched up but meant we had to waiy around a couple of hours for a technician to come. Overall still a good hotel but not up to previous standards and we will probably try somewhere else next year. Staff are amazing though!

Mycket bekvämt och familjevänligt hotell med många aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna. Fina pooler med rutschkanor. Nära till allt. Maten är mycket god, men blir lite enformig efter en vecka. Bra utbud av alkohol, man kan beställa vilken drink man vill. Verkligen allt ingår. Ett mysigt kafé med gott kaffe, matcha och kakor där allt också ingår. Stranden ligger en kort promenad bort så man ser inte havet från poolområdet. Det var mycket alger på stranden och vattnet var ganska grumligt. Annars var det fint och långgrunt. Den enda nackdelen var att vi inte fick prova någon av restaurangerna eftersom det var fullbokat hela veckan så vi åt bara buffé. Tillgången borde förbättras så att alla får chansen att testa restaurangerna minst en gång. Vi fick visserligen plats på den grekiska restaurangen via reservlistan vid ett tillfälle men vi såg mejlet för sent och missade det.

We had such a wonderful experience at this all-inclusive resort and it truly checked every box for our family. The laundry facility. It was clean, easy to use, and incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with kids. Being able to refresh our clothes mid-trip made everything feel more relaxed and stress-free. The food was another standout. There were so many delicious options, but the Nopal restaurant was delicious and our favorite! Then restaurants were perfect for kids and had everything we needed to fill them up. What really made the trip special, though, was the kids’ entertainment. The activities were engaging, well-organized, and perfectly suited for little ones. Our kids were excited every day and made great memories, which meant we could relax and enjoy ourselves too. We spent a lot of time on the trampoline and was perfect to jump out all the energy. Overall, this resort delivered an amazing balance of comfort, great food, and family-friendly fun. We’d absolutely come back!

The property was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. All areas were freshly renovated and maintained. The suites were spacious and all the details felt luxurious. Staff couldn’t be more friendly if they tried! Warm and kind, at every interaction. Special shoutout to Angela at reception and Adrian coordinating the entertainment programme. The food was fresh and interesting, the drinks well made and the vibe was fun. The only small jiggle was not having an iron in the room and having to make a complicated trip to reception, pay a deposit and lug the iron and ironing board back to the room ourselves. Also the prices for renting a padel court were more than advertised on the app. Other than that it was a perfect break. We’d happily go there again.

Xiwen in reception provided us excellent service, we felt so welcoming. All staffs from reception, in restaurant or bell attendant services are excellent. Only the sound proof of the room needs improvement, as baby’s crying in next room woke us up.

Wir waren Anfang November im Hotel, leider war es in den Zimmern sehr kalt. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren wurden aufgrund der wenigen Gäste ohne Vorankündigung Restaurants vorzeitig geschlossen, so zum Beispiel der Grieche, das Grillhouse oder eines der Buffetrestaurants. Die App wurde diesbezüglich auch erst Tage später aktualisiert. Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend und groß. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Strand war toll, das Essen sehr gut und die Innenpool hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Stella, Starky und Aqua waren ein Highlight für die Kinder. Die Shows am Abend waren für Familien sehr unterhaltsam.

Das Hotel liegt angenehm als letztes in einer Reihe. Darauf folgt lediglich der ruhige Wald, was die Umgebung sehr ruhig macht. Der Zugang zum Strand sowie der Strand selbst waren traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind modern und sauber. In der Nachsaison kam es einige Male zu einem kleinen Stau vor dem Restaurant, da die Sitzgelegenheiten draußen bereits zu kühl waren und damit weggefallen sind. Das ist der einzige Kritikpunkt. Das Essen selbst war für die größe des Buffets immer hervorragend. Unabhängig davon, was für ein Menü (spanisch, italienisch, Sushi, etc.) angerichtet war.

Clean and nicely maintained hotel. Definitely for families, small kids everywhere and quite loud. Great buffet selection. Solo restaurants are pretty hard to book. The Mexican is worth it! Beach towels are great but it is not always certain that you can have new ones, they ran out 3 times during our 4d stay. Restrooms are not adjacent to the restaurants so you will need to go to the reception. Staff is friendly, and overall a good family experience if you like the All Inclusive vibe.

Melhor resort que ja ficamos, é espetacular, ainda mais com criancas, muitas piscinas, parquinho na piscina e fora da piscina, sorveteria artesanal, quartos amplos, boa internet, comida espetacular. Drinks, cerveja.. Pé na praia wm fremte ao hotel, azul cristalina e quente!

Hotel is superb. Family and children focused. Food is 5-star.

Went with my family for 4 days, when I wanted to make a reservation in the restaurants of the resort, they told me that I have to make a reservation 7 days prior to the date, and that reservation has to be once you have checked in to the hotel. So, physically and logically IMPOSSIBLE. We had to get food only at the buffet, which was terribly, bad quality and very few options to eat. Don’t recommend to any family to spend time there, my 6 and 10 years kids didn’t enjoyed it, needless to say, my wife and myself were really disappointed.

Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. We stayed for 5 nights and the restaurants were all booked up before we arrived! Luckily the staff were able to squeeze us in a couple of times which we really appreciated. It’s not advertised that these are bookable only and you may not get to eat in them (eg Greek/mexican/steakhouse) but other than that, lovely trip and will be back.
