Upon arrival they handed us keys to the room they said was ours. With three days left in our visit they called us asking us to check out. We went down to see what was going on and apparently we were supposed to be staying in another room. The younger lady at the front desk was visibly upset with us as if we changed rooms and was giving us attitude about it. She then informed us that we owed close to $80 euros in taxes for our stay, we were there for 7 days so we were a bit shocked as the city tax is only €2 per night. We had to call over our Italian friend who we were visiting to come talk to them. After they spoke that fee magically went away. The air conditioner in the room is not doing anything at all and the room was so tiny it barely had room for our two suitcases. The bed was like cardboard and the pillows were flat as a pancake. It was an overall bad experience and would definitely never stay there again. I’m not sure if they were trying to pull a fast one on us because they could barely speak English and try to make us pay more because we couldn’t defend ourselves in Italian. Just found it weird that the tax vanished once our Italian friend spoke to them.

Le personnel est super s’impat toujours au ser des clients. Le buffet du délicieux. Cependant service trop court. Tout juste une heure pour manger, et vraiment pour un buffet c’est un peut cour.

In posizione centralissima, staff cordiale e preparato, colazione abbondante e varia. Camera di dimensioni classiche per gli hotel di Riccione, dotata di un piacevole balconcino vista mare. Letto un po' scomodo e piccolo. Ma nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

L'hotel Giulietta si trova a due passi dal centro di Riccione. Molto confortevole con hall elegante. Molto cortese la signora che mi ha ricevuto. Cerramente tornerò.

Et fint lite hotell med optimal beliggenhet nært stranden og handle/restaurantgaten i Riccione. Ingen luksus, litt små bad, men hvem tilbringer mye tid på rommet i Riccione, ikke jeg!? Veldig hyggelig rengjøringspersonale, verdens triveligste og koseligste damer!

Ottima posizione, camera carina ma troppo piccola, bagno vecchio e senza prodotti decenti, pulizia del terrazzino non pervenuta, colazione terribile, parcheggio a pagamento, bene piscina e idromassaggio esterni. Nel complesso non all’aaltezza del prezzo corrisposto.

Soggiorno discreto,stanza quadrupla un pò piccola e con armadio e cassetti praticamente inesistenti. Il vero problema oggettivo è stato il non poter stendere teli da mare e costumi da bagno per assenza totale di "stenditoio" sia interno che esterno. Colazione dolce e salata nella norma. Nota negativa, mi è stato chiesto di pagare nuovamente il conto a fine soggiorno, nonostante l'avessi già pagato sul sito Hotels.com, già inoltrata segnalazione al servizio clienti della carta di credito.

Todo muy correcto para una estancia agradable por motivos de negocios.

Sejour professionnel. Hotel situé en front de mer. Chambre propre. Petit bémol sur l'insonorisation. Que ce soit à l’intérieur de l’hôtel ou à l'exterieur. Dans les couloirs on entend toutes les TV des chambres. J'avais une chambre vue mer, route passante en bas, et on entendait fortement les voitures.

Gentilissima la ragazza della reception, ma anche le due cameriere della colazione!! Ottima colazione come anni fa!!!Ci torneremo!!

Me parece un precio excesivo para lo que es en realidad. Al llegar nos dieron llave de la habitación y las camas no estaban hechas y la habitación ocupada. Y el Buffet muy pobre.

Weekend di coppia. Hotel in zona porto, pulito con personale molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo. Ps: ascensore e camera vista mare top. Colazione stra ok.
