Quarto impecável. Silencioso. Tudo muito bem cuidado. Uma ótima localização. Estacionamento muito fácil.

Le personnel est adorable et nous a très bien accueilli, les chambres sont propres et l’endroit est paisible et très proche du port avec plein de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est correct pour le prix.

Chambres spacieuses et restaurant très qualitatif

The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. Why would you buy chairs like this? That really bummed us out. The food at the pool bar was great.

L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, propre comme les chambres. Très bien situé, commerces nombreux à proximité. Petit déjeuner copieux. J'y est passé 10 jours très agréable.

E un aparthotel,sono tutti appartamenti composti da camera, cucina, bagno e salotto,spaziosi, silenziosi, due TV in sala e in camera, due posti letto supplementari in sala, frigo, forno a microonde,bollitore, tostapane, phon,vasca.Bellissima piscina all aperto,bar,lettini e ombrelloni attorno alla piscina. La struttura si trova a circa 7 km da Ciutadela,fermata dell autobus vicino, porticciolo turistico con molti bar e ristoranti a due passi, molti piccoli supermercati nei dintorni, due spiagge nelle vicinanze, ma non sono le più belle

Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area...lots of sunbeds and space. Very green and pretty around the complex. There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast including an omelette station and local produce. All the food was replenished with no products going empty. Big restaurant with seating outside. The only small thing would be that the kitchen is a little big dated but was well equiped with kitchen utensils if you wanted to self cater.

The apartments are nice and well kept. Swimming pool is large and very deep. Kids had a blast. Good surroundings, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The only bit letting the place down is the food. Despite the large arrange of options for breakfast and dinner it's difficult to find good quality and well cooked dishes. Plancha section was the main one providing some decent food.

Let's start with the good things. It is my second time on this hotel, and I don't like to repeat holidays, so that in itself speaks volumes about my first experience. This second time around was not too far from my expectations. The same fantastic swimming pool, same fantastic, quiet location. The staff of this hotel is excellent, communication is easy, they are very accomodating to your requests, it is a small, nice hotel with great people and I think they do a great job in keeping things simple. However, this time around the food was a hit and miss. Easily noticeable is the choice for lower quality ingredients in general. The grilled section is less than good. Fish quality very limited apart from one night with Tuna steak which was very good. The rest of the week was limited to Tilapia, Merluza and Pollock. You can argue it is varied, but it is a low end selection. The steaks were horrible, 50% fat on those steaks. The regional food served continues of good quality, although more staples from the fantastic Spanish cuisine could be served. Egg station on breakfast is annoying, only omelettes made on order. You cannot have fresh fried or scrambled eggs. I was particularly annoyed when the lady was frying the eggs fresh from the grill and refused to give one to me saying that I had to take from the eggs that were sitting in the shelve. I ate cold fried eggs the whole week. Quality of food will hurt the hotel in the long run if not remediated.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Animation im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, wir haben beim Voleyball, Acqua-Gym, Karaoke, Bingo und anderen Angeboten teilgenommen. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit das Paddelfeld und die Ausrüstung zum Spielen gratis zu mieten, die wir sehr froh ausgenutzt haben. Das Essen war ok, aber nach 9 Tagen Halbpension hat man irgendwann genug davon. Die Kellner und Köche waren ohne Frage sehr nett und ansprechbar. Wir können das hotel sehr Familien und Paaren empfehlen die einen ruhigen und sicheren Aufenthalt suchen.

Great little hotel in a good spot for the beach and restaurants

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'ensemble de l'hôtel était très agréable, le logement spacieux et la nourriture variée. Le petit port et les abords proches de l'hôtel sont très sympa pour une petite ballade détente en soirée. Les plages à proximité sont très bien, quoique vite remplies ! Je recommande cet établissement sans soucis 👍

Estancia tranquila, personal de recepción amable

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni, io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini. L’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, con servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due singoli uniti, mentre per il nostro bimbo di 9 mesi ci hanno fatto trovare un lettino già pronto (richiesto in fase di prenotazione). La nostra figlia di 9 anni ha dormito comodamente in soggiorno. La stanza disponeva anche di un balconcino e di una cucina attrezzata, molto utile per chi viaggia con bambini. La piscina è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più: una vasca grande perfetta per nuotare e rilassarsi, e una più piccola (30 cm di profondità) ideale per i bimbi piccoli. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione, quindi colazione e cena. La colazione era sempre la stessa ma molto varia, sia dolce che salata, con omelette preparate al momento. La cena, invece, era a buffet e cambiava ogni sera: ampia scelta, piatti buoni e curati. Le bevande non erano incluse. La posizione è un altro punto forte: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia le spiagge che il centro. Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: struttura adatta alle famiglie, ben organizzata e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliata senza riserve. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buffet déjeuner et dîner très agréable avec personnel serviable de bonne humeur. Grande piscine avec pataugeoire pour les bébés. Transat en libre service. Par contre la plage à proximité pas très bien entretenue. Mais dans l’ensemble bon séjour.
