The obly draw back was the smell of mildue in our room. Other then that, the place was amazing, food was great, view was magic!

A beautiful hotel and grounds offering an authentic, local experience, the rooms, restaurant and food were all of a high standard. The menu choices and food quality and presentation were particularly good and very enjoyable. It was lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the location offered amazing views out to sea as well as panoramic views of San Sebastián. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A walk-in shower would have been preferable to one over the bath as water tended to go everywhere!

A stunning location very courteous and helpful staff. The swimming pool is beautiful and the views breath taking . Our room was a sea view one and was excellent . I will be back !

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf die Stadt. Traumhafte Außenanlage mit vielen Pflanzen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Zimmer und insbesondere das Bad leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schimmel in der Dusche und wackelige Armatur. Einrichtung rustikal aber charmant. Personal war freundlich. Essen im Restaurant war zwar lecker aber sehr kleine Portion. Sind hungrig ins Bett.

We have stayed in a few Paradores now and think that this has the most beautiful setting - overlooking the port of San Sebastián, it is a tranquil haven - classic architecture and sympathetically furnished, with a decent restaurant and lovely staff. The best place we stayed on La Gomera.

We were disappointed with service in the restaurant in particular. Mis-taken orders. Staff chatting with one another while holding a meal en route to a table. The Main dishes were just average. We enjoyed the fresh fruit at breakfast. I don’t believe that a coffee machine with decent coffee in each room ought to be too much to ask at the price level.

Skønt hotel med charme og klassisk stil. Venlig service. Køkken OK. Forfærdelig ukvalificeret personale i restaurant og bar. Management total fraværende. En absolut negativ oplevelse ved alle måltider.

Freden på stedet var fantastisk. Litt kaotisk i matsalen og litt for fin mat for oss. Men freden på stedet dekket over akkurat det!

Just lovely - set up the mountain but worth the climb - walk down to the town which is perfect - great little bar across from the hotel and there’s just something about the hotel - it’s not the most luxurious or modern but it’s just done so nice. Will be back and the breakfast was lovely as well - highly recommended 👍👍

Heel mooi en uniek hotel dat omringd is door mooi aangelegde tuinen. Eten is heel verzorgd en de kamers en interieurs zijn heel luxueus.

Très bel hôtel historique avec un joli jardin et un panorama sur la mer. Les lits sont très confortables et le personnel accueillant.

Das beste vorweg: Super tolle Lage und ein wirklich toller Pool. Das wars denn aber schon…. In dieser Preisklasse einen so unfreundlichen Service an der Reception und dem Frühstück, geht gar nicht. Es geht auch gar nicht, dass man das Frühstücksbuffet nach 0900 nicht mehr auffüllt oder nur teilweise. Frühstücken kann man bis 1030. In der Badewanne fanden wir Haare und im Zimmer roch es nach Kanalisation, echt widerlich. Nach Reklamation wurde im grossen Stil ein Raumspray angewendet, dass einem nur noch schlecht war. Die unbequeme Betten waren dann noch die Krönung. Wir waren mit einem Baby in diesem Hotel, was wir uns nie wieder antun würden. Wir fühlten uns sehr unwohl mit dieser steifen Atmosphäre im Hotel.

Si les extérieurs font rêver, les chambres auraient besoin d'un bon coup de neuf. La literie est médiocre, la salle de bains vétuste avec le mitigeur de la douche défectueux, le pare douche en mauvais état ... Le moment agréable a été l'en cas dans le patio. hamburger et sandwich club copieux et très bons.

Muy bien, dentro de las posibilidades de este Parador ... que es el más caro de Canarias, pero el que menos servicios ofrece al huésped ... Lo mejor, las habitaciones superiores, que tienen unas vistas espectaculares al mar
